Good luck trying to cancel the membership. I recently moved and couldn't cancel my membership over the phone. It was an inconvenience to drive 50 miles each way to the store to cancel.

Honestly worst customer service ever. They couldn’t even do something simple as giving me another copy of my key pass. Thought by having ALL ACCESS pass meant that I would also have my gym pass reprinted at a different location. Just going to cancel my pass and go to 24.

Great place to workout everyone minds there own business. Only problem is that some people sit and talk and take selfies instead of working out other than that place clean staff friendly

Clean, organized, a lot of workout machines but over half is treadmills and less than a quarter of the gym is free weights and only 3 squat machines(assisted). more of a "feel good" gym, not a bodybuilding gym. bathrooms and lockers are kind of small but clean(expected). also has a spa so thats a plus but no juice bar or protein snacks. just a cooler with gatorade, water, and muscle milk

The restroom needs to be clean. The most dirtiest Planet Fitness I've seen. Work ain't hard. Scrub "a" Dub dub... people. Cleanliness is a priority in a Gym.

I know we are in a pandemic! I got charged 10$ for the month of March and the gym was closed! I got a new charge 40$ today for my yearly subscription but hey guess what I did not receive a year worth of the gym experience! Do not give anyone your CC info they will abuse the power!
