I LOVE LOVE this studio. Bathrooms are clean. They give you towels after class that have inspirational words on them with lavender. and They have tampons & towels & hair ties for the ladies. Love Shawna with a W and Mou is sweet. Instructors are great. I do like the class with music hot yoga & 60 minute classes. I brought my bro TJ with me and we both l have loved it !

The ladies that work here are angels that have fallen from heaven. But don’t be mistaken they will take it to you in every class so come prepared!

Bought a groupon trial ...first class was Amazing...the instuctor very knowledgeable...I can't wait to go back...I found GOLD here..🥰*** Making another post 4 weeks later I can't say enough great things about this place and the people that work there not to mention the owner who is priceless... I'm so happy to have met these people and found this place... again..26k GOLD❤️

Coming from someone who’s only experience with any type of stretches is from a highschool football line doing lunges…… this place has been amazing. Everyone from the Owner and the Amazing Staff has been nothing but patient and so kind. Some of my favorite NBA players are always posting on their social media about Hot Yoga and how they swear by it & how it’s apart of their routine. So seeing that, I always wanted to give it a try. I’m so glad I did. Everyone there has been beyond helpful and so so nice to be around. Not to mention how Spotless, diamond clean they keep the studio. 12/10 would recommend

I love this place. I have had multiple back surgeries and all of the instructors and staff have gone out of their way to help me. I attend the hot pilates class every morning and I can tell a big difference in my back. I love them all.

10 stars not 5!!! Love this place. All teachers that have been selected to teach are AMAZING!!! If you haven’t tried Bikram yoga you need to and need to at this new hot yoga studio. Balance and flexibility so your body can move. Not to mention what it does for your mind. Clean, beautiful, welcoming safe environment! This is a sanctuary! I’ve been doing Bikram yoga for years and this studio is amazing. Owners are AMAZING too. 💫
