They have most the equipment needed for a good workout and it's usually not crowded but free parking is unavailable. Also, I had a staff complain to me that other members complained to them about me but he wouldn't tell me what the complaint was about

Everyone was very nice and the place was clean and judgement free. The only problem i had was someone failed to consider disablilities when the restrooms were being renovated. They were super helpful in helping to find a bathroom that accomodated disabilities however which is why i am leaving a 5 star review.

Require you to mail them something to cancel your membership or come in and sign paperwork at the location you signed up at. What a hassle.
