I personally think it is embarrassing when the assistant manager doesn’t even know the rules and regulations of the gym he works at. I was lied to several times about my payment as well as bringing a friend to the gym. When I talked to the manager as well as other 24 hr gyms in the nearby area I found out that i was being lied too. 🤥 …

Drinking water subscription is a disappointing lie. The manager tried to market me the water subscription and told me the water filters are on every 24 hour site, “it is convenient and you can use all our facilities without worry about water” I was told. BUT, no water filter on several nearest 24h fitness, and I was told “no plan to install now, and we will see” about water filter on another site. Be aware they just cunning sales man and don’t care about your health.

Equipment are not well maintained, water from their water pump has crud in it which is disgusting. No towel service.

Plenty of cardio and weight equipment, spin room, pool, jacuzzi, basketball court and sauna. Well worth the membership fees.
