24 Hour Fitness

Like other gyms should at least have wifi for the amount of gym membership we are paying especially after taking away towel service.

The backboard has been broken for 3 weeks now! You're charging people almost $700 a year after your bogus annual maintenance fee and you can't even get anything fixed in a timely manner!

Two many broken machines! But my workout overall was great! It's other workouts that you can do without using the machines! Should get the machines fix because it can be a turn off!

My experience was horrible I tried to use a 3 day pass everything was going good they showed me around got my general info for the pass and I was like great time to workout nope wrong they basically tried for a good 20 minutes to pressure me into a membership saying that I couldn't use the pass even though I haven't used one before I said I didn't have a bank account at the moment thinking they'll stop and I could go workout wrong again they basically tried to convince me now to call my parents to get their card number for I can get a membership after denying and saying multiple times that I just want to use the pass they finally let me go had a horrible workout rushed everything for I can leave as soon as possible not wanting to deal with the headache anymore I'll never in my life return to this location

Too many equipments needing to be fixed. Jacuzzi has no hot water for over three weeks. Plus ants crawling around jacuzzi and pool area.

This place is not worth the money they're charging. Machines break so often and take weeks to fix and the workers don't do anything but talk to each other. The only people that work there are the janitorial crew but it looks like 24 actually hired a clean up company or something because the normal rude workers don't ever talk to them or treat them like their coworkers.

Okay so we pay a lot of money to go to this gym . And then they take away the towels without decreasing our monthly fee. And we still don’t have WiFi? And then bathroom upstairs lock still doesn’t work ? And y’all take forever to fix the machines . And the jacuzzi is sometimes not even heated and my mother uses it everyday for her muscles, takes weeks before it even gets fixed. PLUS the bathroom smells. But on the real GIVE US WIFI !

Decided to visit this gym instead of our usual 24 hr.Really disappointed. Lots of broken machines (which I see have been for over a year)... I saw another review saying to get over it and move on to a different method- how is it acceptable that a gym charging $40+ a month not keep their equipment maintained? It’s actually dangerous and a libility to them not to- someone could get hurt. I’m shocked at the lack of care. I guess they figure it’s cheaper to lose members than spend money on fixing machines.The locker rooms and rest of the gym were quite dirty and a few shower stalls either didn’t work all together or had handles broken off (a really easy fix so just fix it already).I think of 24 hr as one of the better gyms and for the price you pay I expect them to be maintained at the very least- especially at a crowded location like this one.If you’re looking for a new gym- don’t visit this one... until they get their stuff together that is.

Sometimes get too packed. But glad Ventura is opening one!
