Hart 4 Heart is an amazing place to achieve your fitness goals! My experience at Hart 4 Heart has been the best from any other personal training facility. This private studio has great equipment, trainers and environment! I always feel safe with the exercises in my individualized workout plan. I highly recommend that you stop by and check it out. If you are looking for a great, SAFE, place to work out during this pandemic, I strongly suggest you check out Hart 4 Heart in Palatine. After spending many months working from home and missing my company gym, I looked for a personal trainer to help keep me in shape. I hit the jackpot with Kyle Hart and Holly Aipoalani. You can’t ask for better trainers. I feel amazing, both mentally and physically. And I encourage everyone to try this place. They make working out fun! And you can try one session for free under no obligation! Every workout is geared toward your individual goals. I do it to keep my heart strong, build muscle tone, and improve strength and balance. This isn’t a business for Kyle, it’s a passion, and it shows in how he runs this gym.Not only is he always accommodating and professional (or less so when everyone needs a laugh), he’s always looking for new ways to better the gym and everyone there. Whether that be by continuing to keep up the relaxed and encouraging atmosphere of the gym (very helpful to me, a person who generally doesn’t like working out with others around) or adding new ways for everyone there to work on themselves.And this isn’t to discount the entire staff, which is incredible through and through. It is obvious that Kyle selected his staff based on how they fit into everything he has built, only enhancing everything else about the place.If you’re looking for results, you’ll find exactly that here. You’ll get a more personal experience than that of the big chain gyms and you get to be part of a community that helps support each other through the process of growth.

I’ve been going here for almost 3-4 months now. Kyle is very professional, very honest if you want make changes in your life. I’ve always felt comfortable here vs a typical gym environment. The place is very clean, there are wipes everywhere. Kyle is flexible on the times his clients want to come in. Before I came here I lacked a lot of confidence and Kyle definitely helped me build that back, as well help me achieve some of my goals. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Kyle has a great vibrant personality that really gets all of his clients in the workout mode! Kyle’s positivity and happiness is infectious, and I really enjoy his training style. He has unique equipment inside his gym, and his big screen with everyone’s heart rate showing keeps everyone accountable. He is a master of the heart rate monitor, and anyone looking for a good, fun, and courteous trainer I would recommend Kyle.

Kyle is a great trainer! He knows how to get anyone to their goals. He created a very fun and encouraging environment where people of all fitness levels can have fun, be comfortable, and most importantly improve. If you are looking for a clean, safe, and customized workout route to meet your fitness goals, here is the place. The owner/main trainer Kyle is a sweetheart who truly cares about all of his clients individual fitness goals. I reached out to Kyle to accommodate some needs for my fitness goals and he was so helpful. I have fibromyalgia and was concerned of a potential workout causing a flare up, but Kyle made sure to accommodate my medical issues. Great workout, no flare up! Kyle also allows you to see your heart rate as you work out. And the best part of all it is super affordable! Always a cute dog nearby too. Please, if you are considering Kyle to help you reach your fitness goals, I highly recommend it
