It's a more personal setting so I don't feel creeped on by meat head dudes like I do at other gyms. I always get a good butt kickin from Kyle and feel awesome after sessions, not to mention the fast results I'm seeing. It doesn't break the bank either, super affordable. Very clean, nice shop, Kyle is an awesome trainer and he's got a ton of motivation. After every session I have so much more energy. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for an awesome personal trainer! 10/10

The owner Kyle is everything you would want in a trainer... positive, knowledgeable and attentive. Atmosphere in the studio is always welcoming. Added bonus is the equipment is always clean. I recommend Hart 4 Heart to anyone regardless of their fitness level.

As an ex D1 collegiate player I have had few personal trainers in my life. With that being said Kyle Hart is definitely one of the best I have had. Kyle has in immense knowledge of health and fitness, and will help you reach your fitness/health goals whatever they may be.

I have trained with Kyle Hart for two years. He continually challenges, encourages, and makes it fun to keep progressing in my pursuit of a healthy lifestyle. Since I started training with Kyle I have lost 40 pounds, added muscle, and went down several clothing sizes. Most importantly my health has improved greatly. And I look forward to my training sessions.

Kyle provides a clean facility with great equitment! He's always there to motivate and push you through your workout while managing to make it fun. I had never experienced heart rate interval training before going here but noticed results right away and truly couldn't imagine working out any other way now.
