I've been training with Kyle at Hart 4 Heart for a year now and I have had the best experience and have gotten the best results while training with him. Kyle focuses on building you muscle and toning you up in the safest and healthest way possible, while making your heart stronger and healthier. Kyle keeps you motivated and focused on your personal health goals by making workouts fit just for you and your abilities.Facts are, over this year I've gained muscle, I've gone from a size 17 in jeans to a size 8, I've lost over 40lbs, I've gotten definition in my arms, legs and stomach and most importantly my heart is strong!Y'all it's never too late to get started on your health, come check Hart 4 Heart! I joined Hart4Hearts gym when i first moved to Chicago, the crew and other gym memebers quickly became like a second family and never failed to motivate me and keep me on track. Kyle is an amazing trainer and i am happy to say with his help i am down 15 pounds. Kyle adds a personal touch to each session and each individual.

Kyle's tailor made workouts are the way to go. He is able to accurately assess your capabilities/goals and tailor a custom workout to meet them. I really enjoyed the experience and you can tell he enjoys helping people reach their goals just as much. I HIGHLY recommend Heart 4 Heart whether you are just starting out, or a workout warrior.

I have known the owner Kyle for 6 years. My heart is so much stronger, and my health is the best it’s ever been!He is dedicated, knowledgeable, and truly cares about ensuring each client is working to their fullest potential. He watches you to make sure you are doing the exercises correctly and that your heart is getting stronger each session. If you think trainers are just out there to make money, come to Hart 4 Heart. He wants you to feel successful and see the results. He promotes a healthy lifestyle, along with having fun!

I have been training with Kyle for over four years. I think that I may be his oldest client, both in terms of the length of time I have been training with him, and also in terms of my 67 years! He has made, and continues to make, a significant impact on my life. He is knowledgeable about fitness and tailors each session to accommodate my particular needs. Great studio and awesome place to work out. Kyle is an awesome trainer and owner. He's always very attentive to your needs and willing to help you achieve your goals. Equipment is top notch and very well maintained. Atmosphere is also very friendly. There are no meat heads flexing in the mirror here, just regular people trying to better themselves. Highly recommend to anyone for their fitness needs.

I forget how hard I’m working because the atmosphere at the gym is so relaxed and fun! Kyle tailors his workouts to individual needs and wants. These workouts are always changing and easy to follow. The hour flies by and you’re done! He’ll even adjust the music to your own personal taste. I never dread going to workout. He’s affordable, too! I’ve tried a lot of different gyms and Kyle’s gym is by far, the best experience I’ve ever had. Just give it a try and you’ll know why I’ve given him such a great review.

I've known Kyle Hart since his days as a coach at OrangeTheory Fitness in Riverwoods-Lincolnshire where his classes are always full. He's an amazing young man that brings energy and excitement to the gym and will invest his time in helping each of his clients work hard to achieve their individual fitness goals. His fitness story of significant weight loss is impressive and brings credibility to his coaching. His gym has top knotch equipment including the Power Plate, a device that professional athletes use to activate muscles to higher frequencies translating to more efficient workouts and faster results, and his workout regimens are similar to Crossfit that keep your body guessing and off-balance to fight plateaus.
