It's my first time ever joining any type of class so I was a bit shy, however, the environment and instructor are amazing! I always look forward to class. I've learned so much and it's only about to be a month since I've joined. Super happy I decided to join.

After trying free trails at other various gyms within the first 10minutes @ UFFA I knew this was it. Professional world class instructor whos passion for what he does shows up everyday. I have already learned so much in a short time and coming to classes is literally thee highlight of my day.

My Son (9) loves the kids program at UFFA. The instructor (Flaviu) is very friendly and passionate about teaching his dynamic skills to Young kids. I would recommend UFFA if you are looking for martial art program for your kids.

I had my share of coaches through out the years of doing different sports, good and bad, but today I finally realized what made Flaviu Moldovan different from the rest of them (Flaviu posted today a video of a fight and said "remember this?" - yes, I remember, you told us exactly how it will play out in a situation like this not so long ago!!). He is not just teaching you a technique, he explains a psychology behind it, how your opponent will react, what he/she thinks , what kind of effect it will trigger, what to expect and how to react in this or that situation. He also makes you think to understand why it works or not, and not just blindly follow instructions, so you know this truly works and you not going to end up hurting yourself. He will push you to your limits but not to the point that you can not handle. So, yes, if you want to learn self-defense in a safe environment and the right way or get in better shape, this is a place to be. The staff and people here are so friendly, they make you feel like home. Thank you, Vanessa, for all the little things you do for us! I am so glad I found you guys!

Training with Kyle at the Fit Academy has been awesome. As a medium aged dad of two small humans that needs a few extra hours in the day, Kyle's workouts are fun, efficient and effective. I have tried to convince him to let us take a break mid-workout for nachos, but he is a real stickler for staying on task :).
