Our Planet Fitness on Old Kings Road in Palm Coast, Florida is the best gym I've ever belonged to. It is beyond clean and the personnel are wonderful, especially Billie Jean and Tony. The new resistance machines give a great workout every time, and the aquamassage beds are to die for! Plus, you'll make a lot of friends along the way. And it truly is a No Judgment Zone!

I’ve Been very pleased with both the facility being cleaned nonstop as well as the staff!Billy Jean and Krisie are always welcoming as well as others that I don’t have their names.Great place to feel comfortable to work on whatever you chose and non-judging.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I am so unhappy it’s unbelievable. I hardly ever used my membership and it’s my fault for not canceling sooner I guess, but I had an emergency and ended up moving across the United States and I needed to cancel my membership. Apparently you can no longer cancel your membership online or over the phone. You have to go in store or write a letter. I wrote a letter, but they hadn’t received it in time and I was charged for another month that I don’t want or need. Let alone I don’t have the money for it and it brought my account negative. I called the store and I called the company that processes the payments and they said there was NOTHING to be done about the situation. They said I can enjoy another month of my membership because I paid for it. Thanks a lot. Will never return to Planet Fitness EVER. Money hungry business that’s could care less about their guests.

Open 24/7 works for me. I work late nights near by and I live that I can come in anytime workout, shower and the hydro beds are so nice too. Did I mention the staff here are all so awesome 😎?... They are! They're always so pleasant and I never feel uncomfortable asking them for help or assistance. I totally recommend it. …

Always a good vibe going in there. One of the stand up tanning beds tan unevenly though. But overall happy with my visit.

The staff pulled me off an elliptical machine, 5 minutes into a workout because I had unapproved shoes on. I had been allowed before and unbeknownst to me there were new owners. They could have waited and told me after I finished my little workout, but the shoe police were on me. Sheesh!

Something is wrong when you can’t pay for a year in advance with a bank card Or cash.They want you banking information so they can get in your account! Said it was corporate policy.So go elsewhere once again big corporate invading your privacy.PLAM COAST FL

Went there with a mber to join up. Was not told to bring a check book for routing #. My friend was already working out, I asked if I could work out just for this morning, be back with my check book later. It was a no. Felt bad for my friend who had to leave. Letting me work out would have been the friendly, good promotional thing to do. You guys Lost my business. And I will spread the word.

Equipment needs to be updated and it is a smaller location. Mask wearing is not enforced at all. Feels like a covid trap. I bicycle an extra 25 minutes to go to the location near Flagler airport. Much cleaner, updated, and more space.

Having been a black card guest for over a week in north Carolina I joined myself as a black card member before my Trip down to palm coast to visit my uncle for a few weeks. But unfortunately unlike my experience in NC where I was allowed as a guest to use the hydro massage chairs and red light therapy booths apparently this location operates differently. A national brand with inconsistent business practices is a major disappointment.The Main reason I joined in addition to improving my health was to have fun motivating my uncle working out while visiting him, keeping him motivated since he belongs to a local gym and showing him the great amenities of PF. What a major disappointment. Sad part is both times the gym wasn't busy with plenty of chairs available. I hope my upcoming trip to ny to visit my brother doesn'tend up the same way paying for a membership with amenities that can't be fully utilized is not a good feeling, all I can do is share my experience with the local community, thankfully I can do it in two languages.
