Clean and friendly. Steamroom is a nice touch, people who wear stinky oils in there suck! Pool is nice. Upstairs area is a nice quiet added space to get my workout in quick.

Love love this gym, finally a gym that does it right. Absolutely love the water massage for no extra cost after a hard workout. September and her staff are well trained and awesome! Clean and never too busy.

In-Sharp is overall a amazing gym with a verity of different classes to accommodate your schedule. Staff are wonderful however, there was one incident on 7/3/2019 with an employee by the name of Ericka whom walked into the spin/cycle class 10-15mins into routines and was unprofessional and rude not only to myself but the instructor as well. It was over a patron who reserved a spin bike and they were all gone. Ericka could have handled the situation better than she did by reading off the names of the check-in list but instead stated and I quote ‘We’re all grown here and I’m not going to do that!’ And walked out of the class. Other than that, yes I’ll recommend this gym to anyone.

In-Shape has everything you need. Swimming pool, sauna and showers. The Work out rooms are spacious upstairs and downstairs. Lots of good equiptment and best of all great trainers.

Great place, good friendly very helpful staff! Love this gym! They made me feel so comfortable from the start! Juan is a motivating trainer, wonderful guy.

The in shape health club in Palmdale California is very clean, family in personal staff. My personal trainer one who have only met 2 times is well versed, very conscientious, in appears to know what hes doing. I'm in the process of rebuilding my strength from both a neck operation in a left shoulder told a replacement. I'm very, very happy with the facilityThey have all the Up-to-date equipment, they encourage disinfection after use with sprays in rags and they have staff walking through helping you out if you're having difficulty understanding how the equipment works or what your weight setting should be. I strongly recommend not only the the scylding but my personal trainer Juan

Respectful crowd and very helpful staff. Gym has much better options of equipment. Missing one star because of bad re-enrollment option, management cared less if I rejoined. Signed up at other gym with the option to have access to all.

Oh wow!! I really enjoy this place. Havent stepped into a gym in many moons but this place is so spacious and natural light. Much thanks to Eddie just a genuine person to interact with and ask all my dumb questions. I enjoy how they provide to clean the equipment AFTER a sweaty workout (some are just a bit overly cleaning) but I get it. It's A gym people sweat is the norm, wash ur hands after. I've enjoyed swimming, the Jacuzzi, the sauna the women's workout area and for now the circuit training. It's a no fuss thing. I haven't yet taken classes but soon I will. Get there early though to those classes. So far it's been good for me. I hate gyms. I haven't used the facility to full use but hopefully soon.

Definitely the best gym I've been too. The equipment is pretty new compared to 24 hour fitness it's also way cleaner. The steam room frequently has problems but they are fixed very quickly. Lady T is my favorite workout class teacher I wish she taught more classes! She is so motivating, she actually does the workout with you unlike Kim, who just shows you a move then stands there.

New member for less than two weeks. The gym is clean and new which is a plus. And the staff is great which is why I’m giving two stars. Since I have been a member (less than two weeks) the hot tub has been broken which I have shared my concerns about to the staff. I don’t usually use steam rooms so I thought I would give that a try today since the whirlpool is still down. That is now broken. So I’m very frustrated. I have also shared with staff that of all the gyms I have been a member of this is the worst gym for re racking weight and if they are re racked it is never properly. That may seem petty but it makes it harder to load your weight quickly when you don’t like to spend a lot of time at the gym. I think this gym can be great but so far I’m not very happy.
