I love this gym! Cannot think of any negative factor in matter of fact is a very positive way of feeling relief mentally & physically! When you visit, very pleasant!Everything you need to achieve your goals, from weight machines, pool, etc...online tools app & of course the awesome staff ready to welcome you & motivate you as soonest you walk in!

When I walk into in-shape I see smiles from most of the employees everyone working and doing what they need to do. Bathroom clean and sauna, great job everyone!

Nice club, with everything you could ever need from a gym. There might just not be enough equipment to accommodate the traffic during peak times--which is often the case elsewhere. Membership is a bit pricy, but I guess you get what you pay for.

THE PEOPLE are the reason I go to In-Shape Palmdale West - from the GM (we have a new great GM as September went to Lancaster In-Shape) to the maintenance gentleman Ryan. The facility is very clean. But most importantly, all staff are very helpful with me- I am handicapped and walk with a cane. Ed is my personal trainer; totally recommend the In-Body assessment that comes with personal training. Daniel the sales rep (took over for Andres, who went to Lancaster with September) is awesome. He took care of my transition from regular member to Silver & Fit member. Also showed me the hydro massage table which unbelievably healing!! There’s two tanning booths available as well.Of all the qualified Silver & Fit gyms in the Antelope Valley, this In-Shape has the most included benefits like towel service.Highly recommend In-Shape Palmdale West, especially for Medicare Silver & Fit customers!!

A clean and safe fitness club, with a wonderful staff and an amazing variety of equipment, maintained for it's members. Many classes throughout each week to provide a variety of different and interesting ways to enjoy staying healthy. The pool and spa are open at all times, as well as the sauna and steam room. This place has it all!

Best of the In-Shape clubs in town. The layout is spacious and aesthetically pleasing. Multiple machines for every work-out goal without feeling crowded. They have an upstairs room for cross-fit regiments which affords privacy to really get to it.Staff are constantly cleaning the area so gym is in best conditions, as opposed to other area gym where the facilities are sometimes breaking down.Pool is heated!! It’s amazing plus they also offer jacuzzi, steam room and sauna, East-Side club does not. I have brought along multiple friends from other clubs and they all love it here.Daniel in customer service is the best!! He’s really chill, approachable and fun to speak with.

Good gym good people, wish they had more machines but it's not a Gold's gym so it's all good.

This gym is an excellent place to exercise. The people working there are friendly and always willing to offer their help.

I like the gym and the people that goes is very friendly!On the other hand,Water fountain is disgusting !!!! It looks like they haven’t clean it for months! I hope they change the filters!Some broken equipment !! And they take months to fix it!!

a lot better than 24 hour fitness which stinks really bad I don't think they've champloo that carpet since the place opened fresh melanin in shape no sweat smell it's just hard to get to use the swimming pool too many people in it at one time just splashing around I want to use it to go laps to burn off calories I think that's going to be impossibleit's a lot cheaper than 24 hour fitness $19 a month 24 hour fitness $41 a month and it's in really bad shape I think I'll get a hold of the CEO of 24 hour fitness and tell him about all the problems I have employees don't really care less to do anything about it I have to unplug one shower that was plugged for 6 months overflowing the drain was plugged I unplugged it finally after many attempts of getting them to do it did it myself so I could take a shower without being flooded out
