You feel good when you visit this place, I love the pool which has a temperature of 87 whereas the out ambient is 45.Overall the work out environment is quite clean and healthy.

Im a senior so joining a gym can be intimidating. Erica criss was so amazing. She showed me around always smiling and informative. Giving me class room tips. That i can go at my own pace. She even helped me with my online form. Thanks erica!!

Excellent equipment, great variety, many cardio machines, clean pool, sauna and steam room. Tanning is too expensive and they charge you $5.00 extra per month to use the towels...

There staff are super friendly and helpful. Most of the other people who go there are respectful and friendly. I'm super thankful for my trainer, Dorian, who has helped me in healing my body.

Not only is it cheap it's nice and clean smelling great staff great equipment not like 24 hour fitness the carpets hasn't been shampooed since the place was built it smells like rotten eggs and they don't keep up the swimming area with the restrooms always nasty and dirty I had a plunger it myself the shower was plug for months they need to run bleach custom showers at night to kill the bacteria and germs I got athlete's foot three times so I started wearing flip-flops floors are nasty and a hot tub that water is brown foam people don't shower at home so they jump in there and get cleaned up place is pretty nasty 24 hour fitness I'll stick with in shape I don't have to smell the dirty odor source wet and dirty carpet and nasty bathrooms that 24-Hour fitness has I'm glad I quit that place cost $41 now not worth it the county dump smells better than that place

Gym can get busy but always clean. Just a great environment. Staff is always nice and friendly. Wish they still had the womens part upstairs.

Good gym, but there are TWO RED FLAGS at kids zone, those has brought my attention. My biggest concerns are about the LACK of experience of the staff at Kids Zone and the unsafe place for kids (broken/opened water fountain left on the floor exposed to any kids to get an electric shock).We are very concerned and disappointed!!!

I travel around the world and hit up local gyms; this is one of the best training areas I have been to. Great equipment, including two deadlift platforms, pool, sauna, hydro massage. Really friendly staff and to top it all, I got a free 7-day guest pass. I would gladly pay to train here and will definitely visit again when I’m in Palmdale

Gym is too crowded. They continue to add more members however the gym does not grow in size.It’s impossible to work out after work during the week, but now weekends are difficult. A few members don’t want to share equipment no one from management is there to discuss basic gym etiquette with these members.The staff consists mostly of teenagers who are not paid enough to care.

Very clean, priced the same as the other clubs in its field. Today, Monday, February 18 a young lady (makes me sound like a senior citizen), I believe her name is Erica was actually wiping down the stairs!!! Literally one at a time! I will give anyone here 10 to 1 odds you won't see that at any other gyms - anywhere! Really, check out this gym! It has everything any other gym has, but priced considerably less. You WILL NOT find a cleaner gym! Good Job ERICA!!! (Hope I spelled your name right) 😀
