I was treated by my friend Belle Ursa, a Reiki practitioner. This treatment is for healing, after major shoulder rebuild, and was recommended by my Occupational Therapy coach. Belle is a wonderful, knowledgeable, professional at this art. Belle explained what she would do during the session, and what sensations I might expect. The studio and adjacent fitness area are both neat and clean. The set up is well-organized. Belle and her co worker were welcoming, and answered questions related to future treatment and an exercise regimine for future. I'm going back for another session next month. Will make Reiki and exercise there a part of my health regimine. Very nice place. LGBTQ staff work here. You are safe with them!

Love the staff at Amplio Fitness!! I've gone out of my comfort zone twice to both Yoga with friends and then again to a Reiki Massage session. I am now hooked on both! Belle makes it so easy to fit in and become comfortable right away. I can't recommend her and Amplio enough.

Staff and space are absolutely exceptional! Everyone is so warm, accommodating, and understanding. Belle was my trainer and she’s just spectacular! The place feels warm and inviting, and they have equipment all ready for you!

Awesome yoga classes! Victoria is a great teacher and there were people of all levels there. Nice, open space filled with bright colors. They even have mats there, so you don't have to worry about packing your own. When you go in the main building entrance, turn right and go to the end of the hallway. The studio is right there.
