Rocky River OTF is top notch! The coaches and staff make a point to learn your name and a little bit about you. OTF is the only gym membership I’ve stuck to while seeing a mental and physical change. It’s nice to not think about the playlist or what I’ll be doing that day since the coaches take care of everything! They keep things interesting with specialty classes, happy hours, socials, and a welcoming environment. Love my OTF fam!!

Love OTF, been to many of their studios but the River location is favorite! Troy and everyone at the front desk and all coaches amazing. John and Uri are my fav ones - great music and energy.Love my results here too. These workouts got me wedding ready, helped me after pregnancy, and just continue to keep me in my best shape.

I just recently started at OrangeTheory and I have to say I absolutely love it! I am someone who absolutely loathed the gym. I had gone to other open ended gyms and found myself not knowing how the equipment worked or not knowing the best ways to work out were. But I really enjoy how Orangetheory is small classes that put you through the steps of what they are doing. I like having a routine and someone telling me what to do. I already feel a confidence growing within me! Definitely try it if you are on the fence.
