Best workout classes that I’ve ever been to! The instructors are all so nice and understanding, and everybody is so welcoming and helpful. They have built such a positive community. They also have a huge variety of classes, so there is something for everybody. As well as, have awesome promos for new clients, which is very nice when you’re just starting out to see what you like. AOK makes it exciting to move your body and to prioritize your health.

BEST class instruction and variety!! Instructors give very strong support and direction with workouts. During COVID-19, the gym is keeping equipment/facility sanitized and the classes keep people safe and far apart. I started with the 20/20 deal 6 months ago and have been doing unlimited class packages since.

I love the classes and all the instructors are absolutely amazing. I'd recommend the place to anyone and really enjoyed my time being here until the shutdown started. During the shutdown, members were given home training access which was nice. But I sure expected it since the owner demanded the members to continue the payment so she could keep paying the instructors. It was understandable and I thought it was such a noble gesture for anyone who ever worked for another person. After the business reopened, however, the owner took away the home training access which made it impossible for me to enjoy the membership. I'm not going to jeopardize my health by hitting the gym on a regular basis regardless of the precautions the facility says it is taking for the virus. People are dying left and right and nothing you say will make me feel comfortable enough rejoin the gym unless the pandemic is officially over. The owner claimed since I don't have an unlimited membership (which I do btw, it's just not an unlimited access to all class categories), I'll have to pay 30 extra dollars to get the home training access. So how does it work? You will charge all your loyal customers during the shutdown because you have to pay your employees, but when people are too scared to come back out again you will charge them again and use them as an opportunity to make some extra bucks? I'll have them take out another 65 dollars for the remaining time for the membership, a membership that I can't even use. I've been trying to contact the owner via emails and phone calls and she doesn't even have a courtesy to get back to me. Thanks, AOK. It was great while it lasted. I did enjoy all the amazing classes and passion from the instructors, and hope anyone that joins here will do the same.
