The coach support is my favorite, and it's something new every time you come.

Not just a place you workout, but a family you become a part of. Been apart of this family for over 2 years now. Couldn't be happier with my results, the trainers and owners.

You show up and the workout is mapped out and planned for you. You don't have to think about what you want to do that day. ALSO I have lost 12 pounds and 3.5 inches off my waist in two months from starting orange theory! Thank you Duffy and Jay!

I get a lot out of these workouts. They are structured with both cardio and strength to burn calories but are different every time to keep me interested. It is much more effective than wandering around the gym on my own.

They're great unless you want to cancel. Just another shady gym that won't let you cancel even though its part of the policy. They continued to charge me for 5 months after my cancellation and will not resolve the issue.

Orange Theory is the ultimate morning workout challenge for me. I love to challenge my body and strength. I love how our trainers push us to reach our goals. I love Orange Theory. I highly recommend it.

I love how different all of the workouts are. I have never had the same workout twice. I also love the feedback I get from the heart rate monitor. I don't just have to rely on how I feel during and after my workout to know how my body is responding.

My wife currently has a monthly membership package at the rocky river location. We have a 16 month old at home and our time to workout is limited. She has attempted several times to sign up for early morning or late evening classes, but is constantly placed on the waiting list and never gets to go. After a few months of paying for the overpriced membership, yet not being added to any actual classes, she tried calling to cancel her membership. She was told that the agreement requires her to physically be in the gym to sign a cancelation form (classic “Global Gym” tactic of pressuring you into keeping a gym membership). Again, it’s not easy to do anything with a 16 month old so she wasn’t able to run in right away. After two weeks passed, she was finally able to go in to cancel. However, she was told that she had to give them 30 days notice before the cancelation would actually go into effect...meaning we were going to be charged for another useless month of overpriced membership. Apparently calling them a few weeks prior isn’t notice? While at the counter, she was pressured into retaining a membership, but just downsizing from one overpriced package to another. I called and asked to speak to the manager who was unwilling to cancel without waiving the extra month fee. She told me she would speak to the owner and would call me the following day. Two weeks have passed and i have yet to hear from them. I made them aware that this is a service business and reputation is what builds their business. So here I am, ready to post a negative review every day until I finally hear back from the manager and/or owner. Day 1 complete.

Staff is friendly. Coaches are truly helpful, have never once felt like they were judgmental. High energy, very clean. Large selection of class times. I absolutely love this OTF location!

To be honest, I do not workout. I'm 59 years old and I was encouraged to take an intro class. Being out of my comfort zone, yet knowing that this 59 year old body isn't getting any younger, I reluctantly signed up for a free OTF intro class. I wanted to cancel but I didn't. Yes, I was intimidated, but to my surprise, I enjoyed it. It kicked my butt and I'm feeling the pain in this old body 2-3 days afterwards BUT I challenged myself. No pain, no gain. There were 2 coaches at the intro class and although the class was full, they gave me the personal attention and nudge that I needed to step up from the base pace to the push pace ... I wasn't ready for the all out, just yet. Thank you OTF for giving me the confidence to show me that I CAN DO IT!!!
