Life Time in Peoria, AZ, offers a premium gym experience with an array of amenities and programs suitable for individuals and families alike. The club features spacious workout areas, a variety of fitness classes, multiple pools, a spa, a café, and even a kids' academy, making it a comprehensive destination for health and wellness. Been going to this gym for years now, love it but they need improvement with all their staff. Also a new Lifetime Fitness would be so nice if they opened in Verrado Way, it’s the fastest growing community in the U.S. I travel just to get to this location. Would be nice.

This gym has been my go to for years now, and I do like it better than other gyms. It would be better if families would use the family locker rooms. It gets way too crowded and kids are kids so little do they know that they’re invading your privacy by looking in your stalls while attempting to get dressed. Not to mention naked individuals revealing themselves and not caring to at least get dressed (literally they’ll even go in the spas fully undressed). The maintenance is usually clean and nice 👍🏼. The cafe prices are expensive, it would be nice to earn points on the app for every purchase or have deals- which would encourage customers to be involved with the system (why Starbucks is successful). I would definitely buy more from the cafe!I know lots who would love for a Lifetime Fitness in Verrado way or buckeye Az!!! 😊

Front desk people need to be more helpful. Families don’t use family locker rooms at all, it’s way too packed in the women’s area. Also naked women walking around all exposed…and kids are exposed to that (also shouldn’t be any kids). They don’t give water, even if you’re red and suffering from thirst.Corporate needs to manage their system better for an improved positive experience.Nice gym but please make our experience better at Lifetime Fitness.

Very nice gym BUT families need to make use of the family locker rooms and employees keep mentioning that they’re informing people about it, but seems like people don’t listen. Also i was with a small group and we all finished a workout and needed water, went to the cafe, and they said they don’t give free water. Um, illegal, this is Arizona and just paying for this gym should most definitely cover the expense of at least free water!?

I've been a member here for a little over two years and about every six months my dues go up without notice. The manager Jennifer V doesn't return calls or answer emails or seem to care about her members. The men's locker room is continually filthy with a bank of lockers that have been out of service for over a year, cracked sinks, dirty mirrors, hair on couter tops, mildew in the showers and a wet sauna that is a petri dish of slime and full of wet towels. In the weight room there is zero gym etiquette (members leave the weights on the equipment), try to save equipment by putting their h2O bottles on the seats of the next machine they intend to use, or, just sit on the benches using their phones doing nothing, with no reprocussion or enforcement of policy except the fact that they don't let you use a gym bag anymore. The 'trainers' use all the squat racks for their silly classes all day long, which they mercilessly push on you for upcharges, and there is zero chance of supersetting anymore due to overcrowding. Their only saving grace is the front desk staff is nice in the evening hours. This place used to be the best gym in my neighborhood but now it's not much better than the $15/mo gym down the street which btw, I also belong to and go when Lifetime is too busy to get a good workout in. Maybe a new manager is in order? Here is a copy of a typical email I get every 6 months or so. I never ever see any of these "improvements"."We are grateful for the opportunity to serve you these last two years and truly appreciate your loyalty to Life Time.Over the past few years we have been completely focused on elevating all areas of our operations to deliver an Athletic Country Club experience for our members. In reading the negative comments, a number of them were people unhappy about converting one full court basketball court into 3 pickleball courts. In my opinion, this was the most strategic move they could have made. Pickleball is the fastest growing sport in the US and they recognized it. Great to see the Gym investing in their future!!!Beyond Pickleball all of the amenities, classes and staff are all world class. That and the entire facility is well kept and clean. It's' like a country club on steroids. While I know the membership is expensive, it's well worth the price.

April 19th,in the evening I had a facial there,I had a dermaplane I believe(they used a blade on my face). I had about 2 very tiny cuts, by morning I had 2 lage bumps on my left side of face on my forehead, though it was normal breakout …

I am pretty sure these guys do not ever look at their phone nor even return your messages. Cool franchise if they could ever get a decent management system. The life guards care very well which is awesome to take the little ones out to the pool! Very good amenities with a poor work ethic. Personal trainers are awesome, other than that you should probably just do it yourself as it’s easier then waiting for staff to help you. OH and the front desk ignores your calls and chats with all their friends instead of paying attention to their work space. Just a mansion ran by kids who are all in their own kingdom. Anyways I’m sure I’ll keep overpaying for this place but only for the use of the facility but never to be satisfied by customer service it seems.P.s. The kids academy is awesome and the staff there does a very great job!

Aqua Swim class is thought out and well done. The Aurora program is varied and focused on people over 50. Ryan from swim is worth the price of admission!
