Life Time in Peoria, AZ, offers a premium gym experience with an array of amenities and programs suitable for individuals and families alike. The club features spacious workout areas, a variety of fitness classes, multiple pools, a spa, a café, and even a kids' academy, making it a comprehensive destination for health and wellness. Every single Saturday night the locker room and shower area is absolutely unacceptable. There is a bold employee that constantly walks around and acts like he is working. It is a stark difference in how he manages versus others. He is awful, the worst of it is that there is a midget assistant manager that walks around and just flirts with the female employees up front while the GM isn’t around. How does he not manage the gym?? Keep the gym clean and presentable! He is busy walking around with a big title and gets absolutely nothing accomplished.I expect corporate looks into this! They need to work on being more friendly up front and keeping the locker room clean.

Did not honor our founders agreement. we held up our end of the bargain and never canceled all of our memberships. Even when we did not go for six months or longer. Eventually, it would be a wash if they would have honored our agreement. The promise of not being subject to traditional increases, was not only guaranteed from multiple sales people at the club but from corporate who was there promoting weeks before the grand opening. It is unfortunate that multiple mid-level and and one corporate level director either lied or had no idea what they were selling. We should have canceled and started back up multiple times. We would be way ahead of where we ended up, the truth is they don’t care.

I never really liked gyms until I discovered Life Time. It's definitely more family friendly and not too busy most of the time.

Absolutely wonderful, well stocked gym, great huge pools. BUT! You will not get any pleasure if you come there with your family. Half of the zones will simply be inaccessible to you! You can't all sit in the jacuzzi together after the pool. Children are not allowed in the outdoor jacuzzi or in the jacuzzi near the pool inside. Also, children are not allowed in any of the saunas. And If your children are not good enough swimmers to swim a whole huge pool from beginning to end (pass the test), then they should not even swim in a pool of knee-deep water without the presence of an adult nearby. Not all children can swim through a huge pool, while they swim quite well in a shallow pool. You will not get any pleasure, because you will be kicked out from everywhere, because they have a million stupid rules, and every employee voices new ones all the time. Disgusting, not thought out, do not expect any comfortable rest for the whole family. I first came here 3 days ago, paying for a whole month. Today I will terminate my membership. Now I understand why there are so few people here.

While I have played pickle ball plenty myself, the removal of the second basketball court is massively disappointing news given that the basketball courts were already quite crowded and that is when two full courts were available… …

I have been a member since day 1, actually signed up before they opened. Besides the great number of maintenance issues on equipment, the fact that they got rid of one of the two basketball courts was a horrible decision. This makes playing an actual game of basketball nearly impossible. One of the reasons I signed my entire family up.On the one useable full basketball there are always activities. For example, today we got kicked off half the court because there was an activity. Leaving only half the court for 15 people to play basketball. Meanwhile the pickleball courts only has one game going.I assume this will get worse during the summer when kids camp starts. Why have an entire dedicated kids area to not use it? Not sure who is making these decisions but it is frustrating paying as much I do to not be able to use the facilities as intended.

DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! CROOKS! I would give them negative stars if I could. I was asked by one of the personal trainers if my son wanted to attend an endurance class they had over the summer. He said it was $432 a month and that he could …
