The club features spacious workout areas, a variety of fitness classes, multiple pools, a spa, a café, and even a kids' academy, making it a comprehensive destination for health and wellness. Probably one of the best gyms I've ever been to. There's so much to do and so much to get involved in! A spa and outdoor amenities are top notch. Very well kept and very clean. Staff are great and are very helpful.

Wow! Now this is what a gym should look like. This gym had plenty of space, plenty of machines, is always clean, and has all the amenities one will ever need, besides maybe a Chiro, but not even the Equinox gyms have those. The staff are friendly. My only ask is maybe more water fountains. If that was added, this would be 5 stars for me. This is the best location I’ve been to.

We treat this place like our 2nd home. They have so much to offer here. Yes it’s pricey, but well worth it as our health and life is worth treating with luxury.Let’s start by walking into the lobby, with staff that look like models working the front desk. Yet they are friendly and welcoming. To the right, you have a bar/lounge area, they do serve alcohol, but in the mornings they serve coffee and pastries, as well as host things like Sunday football. To the left is the lifecafe which has a variety of foods from breakfast (average $6) to bowls, burgers, sandwiches etc (average $11). Kids meals (average $6), and there is a section with supplements, protein bars, energy drinks and the usual items to help fuel or recover from your workout. You also have both men and women locker rooms, a spa, hair salon, and a family locker room which is very useful. You can also access the indoor pool from the locker room2nd level has your yoga, cycle, barre, aerobics, rooms. It also houses the Lifetime Kids area. There is a section for babies, toddlers, and older kids. The ONLY gym my daughter didn’t cry in, and absolutely loves. They offer a variety of activities. She loves it so much here, we enrolled in their preschool! She loves her teacher Mrs. Desi and I love the curriculum they offer. They also have a parents night out, where you can drop your kid off for 4 hours. But reservations go fast so be aware of that.3rd level is the workout area. Very spacious. They offer small group training (extra cost, but my husband loves it). There is also a recovery area (diamond members only, but the normatec they have really helps with recovery). Plenty of cardio equipment to go around. Weight area is great, and everything is kept orderly, with weights racked and not sitting on equipment for long periods of time. I am also constantly seeing them wipe down and clean equipment in the afternoon.I highly recommend this place if you haven’t noticed by now, and I plan on being a lifetime member for life.
