Went like 3 times to tan. Tried to cancel and I can't I have to go in. Well this is when it was closed. Haven't seen a charge since so I thought they canceled me. Went to check my account and $90 has been pulled out and they told me when I called I owe another $90 to cancel. Thanks for screwing me.Edit: this was 2 days ago. They just tried to change me another $22 today. 😡

Staff is always so helpful they are willing and ready to answer any questions you may have to the best of their knowledge. A very professional environment also a judgement free zone which is amazing for even the most shy diffident person they can definitely find comfort in this judgement free establishment great overall experience for sure and I highly recommend everyone give them a go if you haven’t already then theres no time like the present sign up today and gain confidence tomorrow…….

Cancellation policy is absolute garbage. I have to send a letter like it is 1910 or go in person.The policy is designed to make it difficult for you to leave so they can keep charging you for a service you are not using.Response to owner response:Thank you for providing your empty and meaningless template response that you have had to use with the countless people who have called you out on your deceptive and greedy practice.You know exactly why you do what you do. You know you do not need the signature. You know you would lose money that you did not earn by updating your policy. You are being greedy, deceptive, and boring. Be better.

I have been to several different locations in several different states. This one takes the cake on dirty, gross, and smelly bathrooms. When I came in there was a wait for the tanning beds, which is no big deal, but there was a person laying across the one couch in there sleeping, so I had no where to sit You would think the employees should have not allowed someone to lay down in the first place. This when I discovered the bathrooms. Then when I got into the lay down tanning bed, and the cold air wouldn't work on it. When I came back out to leave, the sleeper was gone and he had left crumbs all over the coffee table. Very classes clientele. The employees do nothing about it. I always go to the other location because it is nice and clean, but I was out running errands and thought I would just stop in. Never again!

Planet fitness is very much professional good communications at all time they call you by name which is very good they're acknowledging who comes in and out I have no problems whatsoever with planet fitness

The gym is always clean and all of the equipment feels new! I've spent far more money for far less quality at gyms on the past.

When I got home from my workout last night, I realized that I had left my earbuds at the gym. When I went back this morning, the manager (JayCee) was behind the desk. I told her my situation and described my earbuds (small, black, wireless). She found 2 small black earbuds in the lost-and-found box. One was mine, but the other didn't match. JayCee then said that she remembered where she found my earbud when cleaning earlier this morning. We walked over to the machine together. Sure enough, we found my other earbud hidden under a black wire. JayCee's great work saved me 100 bucks for a new set of wireless earbuds :-)
