For an economy gym, Planet Fitness Peoria is awesome. Clean facility. Friendly but not in-your-face staff. Depending on when you go, it can be crowded, but even during the after-work rush I never had to wait more than a couple minutes for a machine.Equipment-wise, there is a great amount of cardio - treadmill, elliptical, stationary bicycle, and plenty of all. For strength training, there are dumbells all the way up to 50+ lbs. There are fixed bars up to 60 pounds. Unfortunately, no free barbells where you can load your own weights on. There are 5 Smith machines though so you can do most exercises you'd want.The locker rooms are a decent size with plenty of lockers, always clean bathrooms, and surprisingly nice showers.For the price, you can't beat it. The "upgraded" membership for $20/month allows you to bring one guest every visit, and includes unlimited tanning and massage chairs.

I travel for work and visit new PFs every week, but this one is home base for now and deserves recognition for consistent excellence. Staff is friendly and helpful, the facility is always clean, and they clean and maintain the equipment on a regular basis. Keep up the great work.

The price is great, but that is Planet Fitness in general. The staff is friendly and they keep the place clean. The only difference that I have noticed between my old home gym in Chicago (and the reason for the four stars) is here they close on some of the holidays while the other gym was open 24/7 with no excuses. Not everyone celebrates all of the holidays. Other than that, you can't beat it for the price!

I think PF is a great place to workout at its a clean place and the staff are very friendly but most of all the trainer ( Penny) is awesome she has helped me with weight loss and muscle building and again PF is a great gym

The gym itself is great but I never received my promotional items when I signed up for the $19.99 a month plan. I would still recommend this gym to friends and family.

It's a decent place to work out. Expect for a few limitations like weights won't go high and no free weights.But u can always find an alternative for the exercise.Great place for everyone.

this is a great deal if you don't care about fitness classes. I like to run and hike outside year round, but if the weather is too unbearable I will come here for my cardio. $10/month is worth it! You can also cancel anytime and you change plans anytime as well!

Cancelled my account rejoined 9 months later to find out they didn't cancel my account and kept charging my account and that I must pay remaining balance before I come back. Don't know how that's my fault. Then the manager accused me of creating a new account so I did not have to pay the previous balance!
