Convenience .. close to my home. I go in and never have to wait for a machine. I'm a black card member and love the free tanning and other amenities it offers. The place is clean and friendly.

Depends on what you are trying to accomplish value is there for what you pay for. Downside is not enough free weights. Again depending on your goals. Not for athletes training sport specific. But just your casual just trying to get into shape beginner or just maintenance but not real serious perfect with a price you can't beat really. Like everything else just depends on your goals and lifestyle. 24 hours is a big plus.

The staff is usually an appropriate combination of friendly and disinterested. There are plenty of cardio machines for the demand, except during peak hours occasionally. The supply of weight machines more frequently runs short. But they are occupied for shorter amounts of time. The (men's) locker room is usually fairly clean and not too malodorous.

Pretty good quality gym for the price. Equipment is well taken care of, and the place is very clean. Being open 24 hours allows for a pretty flexible routine or split as well. However, there is a sort of limit on your muscle development here due to the limited amounts of weights but for the price it is fine if you get creative.

Staff is friendly and helpful. Do a good job of keeping things fixed. The lights are all now working, took a while to fix. My only complaint is they should check the locks on the lockers, there are some that people leave their locks on.

I have enjoyed my experience with PF so far. My trainer, Penny, is great. She is patient and pleasant. Everyone in the facility is great and helpful. I didn't think I would like going to a gym, but PF makes it worth while.

Excellent place to workout. Staff is friendly, but need more knowledgeable people working in your facilities. Equipment is clean for the most part, but some machines need maintenance. Tanning beds are excellent, but again the staff has no idea about or knowledge on tanning or product. Beds really need to be cleaned top to bottom after each tanner. I always re-clean the bed before I tan because I can see it's not done well. I've been a manager of a few different salons and am certified and have the knowledge.

The best gym money can buy! The staff are super friendly, and at $10/mo you can't beat the value. Open 24 hours a day means the gym fits into anyone's schedule. And when they say 'judgement free zone' they mean it. Great place to meet your fitness goals!

When I signed up for this gym 9 months ago, I was told that there would be a annual fee due at the beginning of June but if I canceled by may 31st I would not be charged. When I went into the facility on the 31st I was told b it was too late and I would still be charged the 39.99 annual fee even if I canceled my subscription at that moment. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed with being lied to and mislead. Planet fitness is a business that just wants your credit card information so they can keep charging it. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone
