Daughter was told by staff to send a letter to them to cancel membership. She did this but they said they didn't receive it and continued to charge monthly and annual fee to her account. Was told if they find it, they may or may not refund her money. We're done with planet fitness.

Hours need to be changed back to the original times...Doesn't make since to cram so many people into the shortened Hours of operation.

Very clean place and everyone is friendly. Definitely no judgement going on! Feel very welcomed and accepted to the family of fitness. Overall great atmosphere and I’m Extremely glad I joined!

I know that I’m probably going to have my Planet Fitness membership till i die. The Stockholm syndrome is strong with this relationship. If I was going to be trapped in a basement, I would want my captor to be Planet Fitness. Oh, the people that work here are great too.

Amazing how a person can sign up for Planet Fitness over the phone, go to any of their gyms in the entire USA, but you have to go to your "home gym" to cancel your membership.!! Translate this to they will readily take your money but make it as difficult as possible for you stop giving them your money! SMH. They have TERRIBLE customer service ( some of their employees are immature and inattentive and rude when they get called on it. Then the only way you can complain about this is to email a manager who NEVER responds). I don't care how cheap it is, it still isn't worth the headaches. Never again will they get a penny from me.

I have been to many PF locations. But this one, although it’s cramped with people most of the time, has many varieties of equipments(machine and non machine)to use and two personal trainers as well. May be that’s the reason it’s so busy.

Great tanning beds for cheap. Only downside is they start you out tanning at a 2 minute max for your first week.

They say they stopped charging inactive accounts for the pandemic but I'm still getting charged $30 and have to go to a location or write a letter like it's 1975. They need an online cancellation option with a digital sign if they need a signature that badly.
