This place is a joke. It used to be a good gym but now it just seems to be a recording studio for a ton of wannabe influencers who spend more time on their phone than actually using any machines. They just take up space. Most of the employees spend most of the time sitting on their butts staring at their phones. There are always a ton of dirty paper towels all over the machines and I have even seen chewed up gum on the machines. It’s a joke.

Been here a few times now over the last few weeks. Overall it's fine, clean and quiet and everyone is super respectful; however, I wish the employees at the front would be a little more discerning about the dress code. Had to end a workout early and leave because some random older guy decided to get on the treadmill in front of me wearing a bulletproof vest (NOT a back or muscle brace, this was def a bulletproof vest). I know Elsinore can be a little rough but it seemed extreme and made me feel unsafe. I'll be adjusting the time I go here in light of this.

I love coming here! It’s clean and the environment is always nice, friendly and welcoming! The staff is always so cheerful and welcoming. Today though I wanna give a shout out to crystal! She was amazing and had very good customer service, which is rare now a days! Give that girl a raise.

Didn’t let me post the first time. The male worker will go in there while the females are showering without announcing himself. My sister let him know she wasn’t comfortable and he ignored her, before leaving the restroom we let him know to next time wait until everyone is out and he just said nah and laughed. We asked for a manager at the counter, other male said there is no managers on the weekends.

The gym floor is very clean and looks nice. I am a new member and thought of using the showers after a workout because I had somewhere to go after. That wad a bust. There is missing showerhead 8n one stall, the showers were filthy. Public hair and body hair in the shower. Look like a hair ball outside the ADA shower. Thinking of switching to power house in Menifee

In the summer, they give free memberships to high schoolers, so that means more puberic beings staring at their phone, flexing in front of the mirror ect.
