Most members clean equipment after use which is a massive plus more me and I hope everyone keeps it up. Staff has been super friendly and helpful since day 1. Priscilla did a great job doing a tour and answering any questions we had.

One of the few places that have received five(5) stars from me,;The Staff is so polite, respectful, and very courteous.The gym is always clean and fresh, including the locker-room.Plenty of parking, all the way around,hats off to you young people working there. Keep up the good work, love you guys.☺

I think this place is awesome, for the most part. Most of the staff there is ready to help and the facility is always clean, including the men's locker room, which, I'm sure, can be a hassle at times. The only issue that I have seen from time to time is excessive cell phone usage, mainly when customers are walking in to check in. A few times, the same employee has had an attitude, but we have had a day or two that isn't so swell. Workout wise, amazing place to go.

I went there to see about pricing and was told rather rudely that you can only join if you have a bank account and routing number. Why can't you pay for the whole year in advance? She said idk. All your employees dont seem to know what they are doing let alone workout. Not to mention you have two huge bowls of tootsie rolls in the front. A pizza night and a bagel night which used to say doughnut. Whh would you have these at a gym. I personally am on my own wieght loss journey and you have these foods at a gym? Why not fruit or somethimg healthy. I was excited for a gym closer to home but this place seems like a joke

Hey there, my name is Alex Bravo, I live in San Bernardino, and my regular gym was the Highland location. Now, that I'm working in Lake Elsinore, I'll need to start getting it in, at over in that area, which will be rather exciting, I'm looking forward to meeting new staff and other gym members as well.

I absolutely love, love, love Planet Fitness.!! The gym is clean, the people friendly, and the gym is keep cool so workouts are comfortable. The equipment is clean and love the overhead TV'S.

The African American guy with a gold fake diamond piercing on his nose was very rude. He rolled his eyes at me and had a nasty attitude. Why does this place hire immature young brats working here. Fix it.The person in charge ask me to speak to the manager. Umm hello the manager is a young person who is so immature. The CEO should look at what's gojng on and fix the problem and if wants to speak to me i would be more than happy too.

I never signed up for this gym, I'm not sure how or who signed me up. But I have been charged $70 for late fees and a membership I never agreed upon. They are wanting me to buy the cancellation fee for another $60 with no refundI never signed here. I go to Fitness 19, worst experience. The employee who answered my questions was rather childish about it.

Not really sure why so many bad reviews. Solid gym, clean equipment and locker rooms. Overall a great place to be to reach your fitness goals!
