Went in today, Christmas Eve, to try to get a day pass. I have been a member of Eos roughly 5 out of the last 7 years. My membership with Eos had just ended 3 days ago, just needed a one-day pass. They wanted to charge me $20 when they were to be open for less than 6 hours, and the person from sales could not have been more apathetic or less courteous. I walked out. Eos is very much a fitness center, not a hard core gym.

Crowded isn’t even the right word. It’s absolutely ridiculous how many people they allow in at once. There were literally 4 people behind me in front of me and to the side of the bench I was on working out because there were no other open benches. Absolutely ridiculous, searching for another gym asap! Pay a little more for lifetime down the street I guarantee there gym is the opposite of this mess.

I'd love to talk to the genius that decided to SHUT THE WATER OFF at 630am on a Tuesday morning. Scheduled 630-730am. Already past that time...So ridiculous!

This place needs to get a better handle as to what the actual process is for a customer to start a free trial. It is a simple ask. I had went to this place once to just get a tour of it, the second time I went to start a free trial. The guy I spoke to at the front desk did not seem to know what the heck to do, he literally just asked for my phone number and said I was all set, so I was like okay. So I went about my time. I approached the front desk later to ask about using their massage chairs, the same guy said "oh yeah someone needs to ask you something about that" another guy comes up and asked it I started the free trial, I said yes that the front desk just asked me for my number so I thought I was all set. I had to go and actually sit down to where they walked through the deals and such. Clearly the front desk guy had no idea what was going on. Not a big deal, but clearly there needs to be some training and communication.Secondly, there was a guy that was working at the front desk the two times I went, always seemed to be on the phone. Bald older guy, quite rude. Seems like he just wants to get you to sign up for a membership.Lastly, this place is packed. Same crowd you would see at a bar or club.AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!

The only reason for this rating was for staff member Joe. He made the whole first time experience at EōS horrendous. I told him I wanted a membership with the discount my job offers. Not once did he show me the screen to show me the prices and membership I was getting. I told him I wanted the black membership and he just said “ok” and asked for my debt card. I had to ask him myself, how much the membership was a month. He didn’t give me a tour of the gym, or showed me the perks of the plan I choose. I wasn’t even sure if the gym had trainers, because he didn’t tell me about that either. Clearly he hates his job or me, because another elderly couple came in and he was plenty friendly to them and even toured them around. Thankful I spoke up and got another person to try to make up for joes mistakes, but the damage was already done. If this is what EōS represents, I might cancel my membership.

I went to this gym for free trial. As somebody says, water quality is low. Chlorine is kind of strong. Reverse Osmosis water system can easily resolve it. I decided to not join partially because of the reason and of gym floor mot mopped well.

Not bad, crowded but offers multiple benches, the fake grass is cute, warm towel machines, a lot of the younger crowd from high school which is very loud. They have paper towels with sanitizer spray instead of sanitizer wipes. Variety of Machine options, organized throughout the gym nicely. Perhaps not recommended for kettle bell workout considering the gym space unless it's slow hours.

It's a bad place to get gym membership if your on a budget like me.. I thought it was going to be a fixed monthly plan but they took out more and don't wanna refund me..

I would like to give them zero stars, the staff is mostly the time careless. I canceled my membership three months ago because I moved to New York (where EOS doesn’t have a location), they are still charging me for the membership every month, even when I cancelled in person at the front desk, when I realized they are still charging me, I called them and they said “Ok, your membership is canceled now”, what happened next? Today, they charged me again.Very dissatisfied with this. As they can see their record and see I not longer show up at the gym, I made my cancellation, they don’t wanna stop charging me.Thank God, I recorded my last phone call with them making sure they won’t charge me anything else, I won’t fight any more, I will sue them, I can’t believe this is possible. Also, another incident happened this year, I was traveling so I asked to freeze my membership for two months and they only froze ONE 😡😡😡It seems they want to charge you no matter what. I don’t recommend you this gym, at least not this location, horrible management 🤮🤮🤮🤮
