I love the convenience of EōS, especially that I can go to any gym with my membership. It gets busy after 5 obviously but the machine selection is very nice. My favorite part though are the classes, specifically BodyPump with Melissa. She’s my favorite instructor for this class! Her workouts allow you to push yourself but she never makes you feel inadequate if you can’t. She’s very instructive and makes sure to explain proper form technique (which I find the other instructors don’t do as often) Melissa’s class is one I hate missing and always love attending!!

I signed up for a 4 month personal training contract meeting once a week for 30 minutes. The facility is well maintained and the staff is friendly. My trainer, Hailey, was awesome. She kept me informed of how many classes I had remaining and was accommodating when I needed to reschedule one. My contract ended in September, I was told I was out of classes and thought that was that. Turns out it does not just end, it moves to month to month. I discovered that I was still paying and the next morning before working asked what I needed to do to stop this. The man at the front informed he could put in the cancellation notice, but I would need to speak to the manager to get anything else accomplished and they would not be in until 10AM. I thanked him and went to work. At 11AM I called and was told that the manager was on break, and they would call me back when they returned, I left my contact info. After no communication for the next few hours I called back again at 2PM. I was put on hold for about 25 minutes waiting for the manager to be free. Finally a gentleman who was NOT the manager told me that they were very busy and wanted to tell me that there was nothing that could be done, and because of the 30 day cancellation policy I would be getting charged two additional times. Bringing my total of UNUSED personal training courses to nearly $700. They would not even waive the 30 day cancellation, but told me that the classes I had "paid" for could still be used. Two were expired (somehow) and two more were set to expire tomorrow. After accepting my fate, as I'm sure it was in the fine print somewhere, I attempted to at least schedule these sessions and attempt to get something out of this. The person on the phone could not schedule me for any sessions and told me the fitness manager was out right now and would call me back when they returned. I don't expect to be called today and to also have another two sessions expire. If you want a nice clean gym to workout, this is the place. If you want personal training, you NEED to be very diligent and ensure you are aware of every part of that contract, and make sure you put in your cancellation a month before your contract ends, as the contract ending does not apply to you making payments. If you are ever in a spot where you need anything above what the people behind the desk can help you with, you might as well give up, as "management" does not actually seem to exist.I will be attempting to move my membership to another EOS, as the gym itself is great. I will first call and ask if there was a manager to take my questions, and if I can actually speak to one gladly sign up!!!

The man who helped me sign up, Giovanni was very nice and explained everything. My problem is the manager is very pushy especially with personal training and criticizes you for apparently “no plan”! I understand educating, but Some people just want to relieve stress and do the routine that works for them. I said I’ve been going to gym for years. Some people also have insecurities and eating disorders. Not cool to be making brand new customers uncomfortable from the jump. Also if you hate crowds go at night or early morning. This place gets PACKED

Shady company!! I did a week trial to see if I liked the gym or not. I decided the gym was to busy. So I went into the gym and called twice to cancel my membership! They didn’t do that and are now charging me an annual fee! I didn't even use this gym for a week and are charging me $71.98! Then when I asked to speak to a manager they wouldn't do so and avoided me! Avoid this gym all they care about is signing members up and taking your money not your fitness goals!

To start, I truly enjoyed this specified Eōs Fitness gym as 1. Matter of Convenience (only 12 - 15 mins from my residence) 2. Amenities (sauna, pool, jacuzzi, cinema, group classes, and personal training) 3. Price (reasonable price for amenities regarding Blue Membership). However, this gym's warmth and energetic environment has drastically reduced at night as litter is displayed nearly throughout the women's restroom. I think employees should be required to clean the gym (sanitize equipment, dispose or recycle of litter) throughout the day and night (particularly at night) to ensure safety, alongside cleanliness (common sense...). I chose to stop consistently visiting this gym 2-weeks ago when a female employee (name unknown) had been "relaxing on her phone" in the sauna but wouldn't assist w/ turning on the sauna light. Another member and I spent a bit of time attempting to turn the sauna's light-on to only discover that a staff member was in the same sauna browsing her social media than providing assistance. Maybe, she had been on her break? Though, is it too much to briefly offer assistance w/ locating the light switch? The female employee walked passed litter on her way to the sauna and hadn't bothered to clean the women's restroom (the sauna is located in the women's restroom). Transparently, I dislike providing low-rated reviews. However, I must provide transparency. To add, I was charged for a $2.50 beverage that I never authorized. I never buy beverages at Eōs Fitness. Yesterday, I requested to speak w/ the Branch Manager who is apparently named Ally but have yet to receive a call response. Tomorrow, I'll be requesting to speak w/ a Jose Ira (main Branch Manager according to Aiden - Front Desk Associate). I think I'll continue w/ my membership at this gym when contemplating the matter of convenience (short distance). This specified Eōs Fitness is overly busy during the night; thus, I recommend only going during the day when traffic is low, the litter is non-existent in the women's restroom, and the day staff are helpful, friendly, and informative. Thank you.

Honestly one of the best gyms in the area. It's super clean with the unique exception for inside the shower stalls. There always seems to be yellow urine stains all around the walls on edge of the floors. They should power wash them out at night or something and this place would be perfect.

it's a really good gym, maybe one of the best I've ever been too. It is clean, spacious (huge actually), and there's a LOT of equipment. There's like 6 squat racks, I mean that shows just how big because most gyms have just 1 or 2. The price is more than fair, basically $22/month gives you access to a National list of gyms. They have a pretty good kids' center too. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, I think there's a sauna, on and on.... good music and good TV's, very friendly staff. If there is one near you, I highly recommend.

Horrendous management. Very unprofessional. My daughter canceled her membership in December but as of February the charges keep coming. Called for assistance expecting some understanding and assistance in rectifying their error. Was met with apathy, disdain, and the accusation that I was lying about canceling. Lots of choices out there. I will choose a company in the future that cares about both the health of the customer and the manner in which they do business.

Decent gym but the basketball rim broke like 3 weeks ago and it’s still not fixed. I could’ve went to Ducks (next to the gym) and bought one and screwed it in 30 min after it broke. They just keep saying “oh we put a request in”like i’m sure y’all did.it’s a basketball rim.. probably the easiest fix. so lazy management for that.
