Horrendous management. Very unprofessional. My daughter canceled her membership in December but as of February the charges keep coming. Called for assistance expecting some understanding and assistance in rectifying their error. Was met with apathy, disdain, and the accusation that I was lying about canceling. Lots of choices out there. I will choose a company in the future that cares about both the health of the customer and the manner in which they do business.

The gym itself is very nice, and I like working out there. My caveat, and it is a big one, is that the staff does not wear face coverings, there is one pathetic sign at the entrance that suggests an absurd equivalence between masking versus not (in an indoor fitness center where people are breathing hard in close proximity!), with the completely foreseeable result that virtually no one is masked. We are down the street from a Mayo Clinic and a couple of miles from a school campus struggling with daily COVID infections. This is a fitness center whose management seems ignorant of the biggest health issue of our time. I hope they change their position before this EoS becomes a superspreader.

Decent gym but the basketball rim broke like 3 weeks ago and it’s still not fixed. I could’ve went to Ducks (next to the gym) and bought one and screwed it in 30 min after it broke. They just keep saying “oh we put a request in”like i’m sure y’all did.it’s a basketball rim.. probably the easiest fix. so lazy management for that.

I cancelled my EŌS membership in October. They have still been charging my bank every month. I have called and emailed their support staff several times and they have assured me that my account has been cancelled yet they still keep charging me. If you check the Google reviews for just about any EŌS fitness location, this is a common complaint every former member has. This is a very shady and unethical business practice. Now I have to get the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office involved to get my money back from these crooks.

I have been to many gyms in the Phoenix area this one is by far my favorite. Pleasant helpful employees, clean, great selection of equipment, just an all around great atmosphere. Have to give a shout out to Ashton and AJ. Both are amazingly pleasurable and personable personalities, they make the good vibe.

Overall the place is pretty nice great value for the money could be a little cleaner and some of the equipment is breaking or broken and not being fixed quick enough. Staff is friendly people are nice! It's not a huge social place like lifetime which is agreeable to me I'm there to work out ✌️

The facility is pretending that we are not in the middle of a viral epidemic. There is no masking, no spacing out of equipment, no safety barriers, e.g., plexiglass between people. You clean the facility once per day! How about clean after each person uses it. How about having staff wear masks to protect themselves and set an example for customers?

Canceling my membership was the best thing I did. This place despite it's affluent location is simply gross. The locker rooms smell worse than anything I remember from years of sports. If you like steroid guys and tons of tattoos everywhere, you're in luck. If you like packs of teens who hog equipment for 10-15 minutes at a time, this is the place for you. If you want an upscale North Scottsdale feel, stay away.

This place is always a zoo. Dirty locker rooms and staff can't be found to help cancel my membership. What a disaster and waste of money. Any other gym is better than this place.

it's a really good gym, maybe one of the best I've ever been too. It is clean, spacious (huge actually), and there's a LOT of equipment. There's like 6 squat racks, I mean that shows just how big because most gyms have just 1 or 2. The price is more than fair, basically $22/month gives you access to a National list of gyms. They have a pretty good kids' center too. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, I think there's a sauna, on and on.... good music and good TV's, very friendly staff. If there is one near you, I highly recommend.
