I was a member at a different location right before Covid hit, and this location was being built, so never visited this location, After many months of trying to cancel my membership during Covid, and being charged monthly repeatedly, I was finally able to cancel my membership, and then continued to receive invoices. It was harder to cancel this membership than pulling teeth. So now, I was ready to think about rejoining at the Scotts/101 location, and wanted to try it out first. I signed up for the free week's pass, and received a text from Jason. I asked if I could come try it out that day and he said yes. When I got there he said I could not have a week's pass because I was a member at the prior location, ok, that was fine, but he spoke with his manager and then said I also could not try out the pool at that time which he had said I could in our text conversation, "for liability reasons." The employee was very young, and the manager was inexperienced and placating saying, "I understand...." when he clearly wasn't trying to understand, and wanted me to sit down with him to look "at my options."I found this site to have inexperienced and poorly trained employees who do not make customer service a #1 priority, and who do not know how to communicate well with customers. I also found this during my time at the Tatum location... lots of mix ups with scheduling and charges. This is unfortunate because the facility is nice.. and new... and I really wanted to join and utilize their pool. I need to be able to trust the management tho, and didn't happen for me.

I wish I could give these guys 5 stars. The gym is nice and the membership fees are more than fair. Even most of the people are nice. HOWEVER, I signed up for their personal training program. After going through 2 trainers who repeatedly rescheduled or just missed appointments with no communication, I started going to the gym at 59th and 101 who were much better. Now I have moved out of state to a location with no EOS fitness. I have already completed my 4 month commitment yet I ended up paying for a full extra month of personal training since they require 30 day notice for cancellation, even if you are moving to a location they aren't located. Now I'm being bounced around from gym to gym and even a third party service who repeatedly tells me I have to cancel the personal training before they can cancel my membership. If I would have known it would be a full time job just to cancel the membership, I never would have signed up to begin with. At this point I have still not received a call back from the Personal Training Manager at the Mayo location and my services still are not cancelled. Be careful before signing up for their services.

it’s become too overcrowded. i used to love coming here because it was a perfect balance of being busy but not too busy. now if you go between 4pm-9pm on weekdays it is so crowded that it’s hard to find an empty machine and the cardio machines are always in use. even worse, a lot of people who use the machines will linger and take 20-30 minutes on it. it makes it frustrating to workout during these times and for someone like me who works 7am-6pm I want to be able to go to the gym, do my workout and leave not go to the gym, wait around for machines to open up then leave later than intended.

Terrible experience with the Fitness Manager Raphael and the other management team since this place opened. I was mislead with the personal training - I didn't want it but Eddie told me to sign up for 2 free sessions. I then got billed for it and when I uncovered this, I went to the training team who said they would handle it (but I should really stay with the training). Well, months later still getting billed and no one will return emails or phone calls, and no one seems to know what they are doing when you walk in to discuss it. They never stopped the billing when I requested it. And not once have I had a trainer call to set up sessions to train.

Didn’t want to write this bad review but today was the last drop. I canceled my membership last January, but they kept charging my credit card. I called them quite a few times about this matter but they kept doing it until I called my bank. Now, almost a year later they called me saying my account went to the collection status. I just can’t believe how unprofessional they are. Going here was the biggest mistake!

Great vibe and tons of high quality clean workout equipment. Staff is always super friendly on my way in and on my way out. Live this club and it’s a great value for the small monthly fee

Signed up for this place before they opened to give them a shot. They postponed their grand opening multiple times - after all the date changes, I gave up and called in to cancel my membership, prior to even visiting the gym for a tour or using their facility. The staff gave me a very difficult time with cancelling. They tried getting me to jump through hoops to cancel, like coming into the store to cancel, etc. I felt completely scammed.I finally got a call from a manager Devon to complete the cancellation over the phone, which I thought was successful.. Now 2 weeks later, I received another monthly charge and also was never refunded for the original charges that were supposed to be refunded. The sad part is, I might have wanted to try EOS out again at a later date (after the grand opening shenanigans is over).. Now after all of this, I don't want anything to do with EOS or the way they conduct business.

So far, it’s alright. It’s brand new so you’re getting all the nicest, newest equipment. It has almost everything you need. It’s cheap! Cons: basketball court is only half size and ALWAYS taken. It is insanely busy given that it is not as big as some other EOS gyms. The massage chairs frequently malfunction. Cardio cinema is too bright so the picture quality is not very good. I’m hoping that the insane business is just a combination of it being brand new and people on their NY’s resolutions. It gets the job done, either way.

I can’t wait to post my experience. I was at EoS (7000 E Mayo blvd) before 40 minutes today. I was there to join the gym, so asked front desk and they called one of their manager Andrew. He came in and started giving Tour of gym and asking very friendly questions regarding the type of workouts we were looking for. We decided for membership and signed up. The moment we paid(swiped our card), he (suddenly changed his tone)said you guys hurry up I am VERY BUSY.. we felt little odd. He then did all the procedure and left straight saying I AM BUSY BYE. We could see him and he was not even looking at us. ignoring completely. He didn’t even give us the pass that we need to scan the next day to enter the gym. We went to front desk again and asked for the same and those guys helped us asking that did u get it. We knew that we need our credentials or any card to scan to enter the gym next day. As a manager he should have completed all the formalities ,, instead he said you are done You can go and come back tomorrow and ask front desk. I mean what kind of professionalism is this! We find it quite rude and disappointed with our VERY FIRST VISIT to EoS fitness. We are signed up now so will be coming to gym. Just wanted to share my bad experience .

Love our trainer Mark, he makes us work for those muscles. Great location and plenty of weights and machines. Staff helpful and friendly Waiting for pool to be done. And more gym patrons need to wipe down what they use.
