I cancelled my EŌS membership in October. They have still been charging my bank every month. I have called and emailed their support staff several times and they have assured me that my account has been cancelled yet they still keep charging me. If you check the Google reviews for just about any EŌS fitness location, this is a common complaint every former member has. This is a very shady and unethical business practice. Now I have to get the Better Business Bureau and Attorney Generals office involved to get my money back from these crooks.

I have been to many gyms in the Phoenix area this one is by far my favorite. Pleasant helpful employees, clean, great selection of equipment, just an all around great atmosphere. Have to give a shout out to Ashton and AJ. Both are amazingly pleasurable and personable personalities, they make the good vibe.

Overall the place is pretty nice great value for the money could be a little cleaner and some of the equipment is breaking or broken and not being fixed quick enough. Staff is friendly people are nice! It's not a huge social place like lifetime which is agreeable to me I'm there to work out ✌️

The facility is pretending that we are not in the middle of a viral epidemic. There is no masking, no spacing out of equipment, no safety barriers, e.g., plexiglass between people. You clean the facility once per day! How about clean after each person uses it. How about having staff wear masks to protect themselves and set an example for customers?

Canceling my membership was the best thing I did. This place despite it's affluent location is simply gross. The locker rooms smell worse than anything I remember from years of sports. If you like steroid guys and tons of tattoos everywhere, you're in luck. If you like packs of teens who hog equipment for 10-15 minutes at a time, this is the place for you. If you want an upscale North Scottsdale feel, stay away.

This place is always a zoo. Dirty locker rooms and staff can't be found to help cancel my membership. What a disaster and waste of money. Any other gym is better than this place.

The gym itself is very nice, and I like working out there. My caveat, and it is a big one, is that the staff does not wear face coverings, there is one pathetic sign at the entrance that suggests an absurd equivalence between masking versus not (in an indoor fitness center where people are breathing hard in close proximity!), with the completely foreseeable result that virtually no one is masked. We are down the street from a Mayo Clinic and a couple of miles from a school campus struggling with daily COVID infections. This is a fitness center whose management seems ignorant of the biggest health issue of our time. I hope they change their position before this EoS becomes a superspreader.

Its a new gym and that means new equipment. Very clean facility, plenty of machines, benches, power racks, free weights etc. Ample cardio equipment, group classes, sauna, lap pool, jacuzzi with large clean locker rooms & showers. Friendly staff, nice area with a Whole Foods & Protein House across the street.

I was very unsatisfied when I first arrived at this location. I had no prior experience with this company and was very unimpressed with their inability to help me through signing up and getting acclimated. However, my review changed very quick when one individual was able to make my experience 10x better. Fernando, one of the employees, went above and beyond to make my opinion change. He listened to my complaints with attention and handled them very professionally. He took me on a tour of the building and gave me a detailed explanation of my membership. He introduced me to some of the regulars, and also gave me some tips on building a thorough and positive work out routine. I’d honestly give this gym a 10000/10 rating after this interaction. Customer service like this, is what a customer always looks for!

Amazing staff! Upon entering the gym at 2am, I asked the employee if I could store my bike in the locker room because I forgot my bike lock. There was a customer at the front desk that made an inappropriate comment to me, so I walked away, ignoring the situation. After I came out of the locker room, the employee approached me and apologized for the customers comments and wanted me to know that what he said was not okay. I can't even begin to tell you how refreshing this is! I feel like most people ignore awkward situations, especially something that awkward. But having the employee tell me that instantly restored my comfort visiting the gym. AND when I was leaving, he stepped outside and opened the door for me to help me get the bike through, making me feel comfortable leaving the gym, knowing that I wasn't exactly alone at 3am while leaving the parking lot. I can't thank him enough! Very professional and comfortable environment.
