Great gym with great coaches. Really enjoy Sparks workout programming. They do a really good job of balancing out all muscle groups throughout the week. The coaches are super helpful and provide awesome tips during workouts.Will is also an awesome guy and owner. He really went out of his way to help me out. I'm a teacher and money was the biggest obstacle regarding a prolonged CrossFit experience. Will worked out some options to help me stay and continue to work on my fitness goals.The staff here really does provide a sense of community and support.

I highly recommend joining Spark CrossFit if you are serious about getting in shape and/or losing weight. However, not only does this program focus on getting in shape and weight loss but also on educating its members on healthy eating and dieting habits. When I first saw an ad for this gym on facebook back in October what really appealed to me was how it provides you with a meal plan. That was a huge game changer for me because you don't get that at other gyms. In addition to educating its members, the other great thing about Spark CrossFit is the staff and coaches. They are highly motivated people who really work with you on your goals. They always answer any and all questions you have and they always greet you with a smile. Never have I went to the gym and felt as if I was not welcome. The staff and coaches really make you feel as if you are a valued member and that you are wanted there so that you can reach your fitness goals. I've never felt judged or like an outcast. Everyone has always been very friendly and welcoming. If you are determined to lose weight in an environment where people will motivate you to the best version of yourself, Spark CrossFit is the place to be.

I absolutely love this place and plan out my week as to when I can go. They give you a heads up as to what they workouts will be so you know ahead of time what muscles you will be working out that day. I love how involved the coaches they. They help everyone with the work out, whether that is proper form or encouragement. They will show you ways to modify an exercise to fit your skill level so your not just on the sidelines watching. Spark CrossFit challenges me in ways which make me succeed become the best version of myself. I am stronger today because of Spark CrossFit. Thank you guys!!!

I have been a member for 4 months now. Spark CrossFit has really helped me change my idea of fitness, in 6 weeks I lost 23 pounds.I continue to go to classes, because it feels good, the people there are very friendly, and support you at what ever level you are at.I highly recommend giving them a try- you won’t regret it..

I've been a member at Spark for close to 3 years. I wouldn't train at any other box. The owners, coaches, equipment and members are all the best. Very friendly atmosphere and plenty of space. Equipment is very clean and plenty of space to do accessory work before or after wod. Best gym I have been to and would highly recommend.

Spark Crossfit is amazing! The owners, the coaches, the members, all so inspiring, motivating and friendly. The facility is always extermely clean and the equipment is top notch. Its perfect if you are visiting Phoenix, because its located right by the airport. Great for beginners and competitive crossfitters alike. They also have a barbell club, so if Olympic lifting is your thing, its a great spot for that as well!

CrossFit was something that I had always wanted to try. I could say a million times that I was going to do something but when would I start was always the question. Will really gave me that boost of energy and confidence to want to get into CrossFit and start this journey. I dragged my sister along with me every morning at 0530 and it honestly set our day for us. Thank you to all the lovely coaches that I had the pleasure of working with ( Ryan , Abby, and Tyler) ! Even if they had to explain some things to me 100x ten different ways, I really, really appreciate you all! You all helped me give something to myself that I will always have forever. Going to the gym is nice , but going to Spark is a lot nicer. I had no idea what to do with weights or machines at the gym. But spark has me set and I’m ready to see what else I can do/learn. DOWN 6.7% BODY FAT AND 20 POUNDS IN SIX WEEKS. THANK YOU SPARK!! Let’s keep grinding (:

I started at Spark around May this year after trying CrossFit once several years ago and feeling way over my head. I initially did intermediate style classes and quickly learned that I could join the regular CrossFit classes and scale the workout as needed. If you're worried about not being sure if you can do it or how you'll scale the work outs, don't. The coaches will help you through it. There are several different style classes, they are always expanding and adding new equipment, hosting events & community BBQ's, and best of all, you may just gain an amazing group of friends like I did.
