TriCore Fitness is fantastic, and I highly recommend it!Across the years, I’ve had the opportunity to try many gyms and studios in the valley, from yoga studios, gyms, and CrossFit gyms. The same goal has been: to stay active, fit, and self-care.TriCore Fitness has constantly met and surpassed my expectations. The studio has professional, friendly, and approachable staff happy to answer questions or provide tailored modifications. The facilities are open and welcoming, with new and well-maintained equipment. Class availability is excellent whether you are an early bird or an afternoon owl, and they offer three different variations of Pilates classes; each class is for about 12 people, so you receive individualized attention and feedback specific to your fitness level. The workouts are fun, but what makes this place unique, aside from the instructors, are the fellow members who are also super friendly and inspiring.I come to TriCore 4-6 classes per week, so I have taken over 200 classes YTD. I love this place!

My wife and I love you. You created a wonderful safe space that is welcoming and fun. The combo of weights and Pilates is awesome! We love Brooke at our 5am classes! Also love days of only Pilates! We love the culture of health and fun with our pressure or someone screaming at you in a dark room!!

TriCore is a fixture in my life. The space is supportive to all levels and body types, and the community they’ve built here over the years feels safe and inclusive.TriCore also challenges me to define what physical wellness means for me and MY body - not an external concept of fitness. As a result, mind body connection is stronger than ever, and i feel so at home in my body 🤗

Tricore is a gem and an amazing place to workout! I have been going to Tricore for over 6 months and have enjoyed it so much. Stefannie is amazing and incredibly knowledgeable (as are the other instructors). I love how diverse the clientele is and there is a feeling of being welcome no matter your body type, size, or ability level. I highly recommend!

Tricore is such a great gym that successfully works a body, mind, and soul with the unique blend of circuit training and Pilates. The community that gathers here is all-inclusive and fun. The coaches are fun, friendly, and non-intimidating. I owe my current great state of health and mind to Tricore.

TriCore is one of those places where when you workout you don’t feel left out. They care for each one of their customers and they make sure that you feel welcome. The workouts are all levels and they will guide you through them. Honestly it is a fun place to exercise and unwind.

I have been a member of TriCore since day one! I have had so many previous injuries and I was afraid that there wasn’t a gym that was accommodating enough! Once I tried TriCore I was hooked! They have so many modifications and the staff is so incredibly welcoming and helpful! I am so thankful that I found TriCore! Thank you TriCore for all that you do!

I found Tricore on class pass. I think I have been to every gym in Phoenix that is on class pass, and even some that aren’t! Now I’ve been a member at Tricore for the past couple of years and I regularly go 5 to 6 times a week. I can’t say enough good things about the classes and the instructors. I typically go in the morning before work, and it sets the tone for a great day every day. I even schedule my trips out of town around my Tricore classes, and leave later in the day so that I can still go to the gym in the morning! I really love it.
