This place is the best - everyone is so nice and knowledgeable and after a few weeks of attending classes on Tuesdays and Thursdays I already feel a difference. It feels like a real community and is such a positive atmosphere!

I was looking for a boutique personal training (PT) gym with a trainer that would challenge me. I found that in Steffanie, the owner. We scheduled a time to talk about my personal fitness goals and then she offered a complimentary PT session. I left my complimentary session feeling a rush of endorphins, challenged and sore, but in a good way! I scheduled weeks of PT and we agreed on days and times conducive to both our schedules. Each session, she offered new ways to build muscle and push me to my limits. I left each workout feeling revitalized and excited about my next session. I also left each session feeling sore, confirming my muscles were being challenged. I never repeated the same exercise in any session. She was always innovative and listened to my needs to build muscle and get my body more toned! Steffanie is an awesome PT and I highly recommend her and TriCore Fitness!
