Vasa is just an overall beautiful, clean, really friendly, nice gym. I have always loved this gym. The best part is the updated equipment, bright colors and bright happy atmosphere! Also again super clean. Don’t feel grimy or gross being there.

This gym is amazing! It's always clean, easy to run a good circuit, and all the amenities a man could want! Gym, sauna, pool, roomy locker room, aqua massages, tanning; I mean what else could you ask for too stay looking and feeling your best? Did I mention completely affordable... #TeamVASA

This gym is very nice. I recently started coming here but the only thing I do not like about this specific gym is they keep the gym too cold with lots of fans around and when you’re doing intense workout, you don’t sweat at all which makes me feel like I am not working out enough, I don’t feel satisfied. My only request is to limit the fans all around the gym most especially the functional training area. Why is there even a fan?

Been a member for a year. Unlike other members, I have had zero issues with billing. HOWEVER, what started out as a nice, clean well maintained, not crazy busy club has changed in the last few months. I have noticed, Its almost impossible to just get in and get out with your workout, was filled with people on the machines that were more interested in their cell phones, social media and whatnot. i continue to watch people just sit on the machines, and do nothing for 10 min or so but look at their phone. As people continue to stream in, it just gets backed up to where nothing is moving at all, just small groups of people standing around talking. It seems that all of those brand new machines, bikes and equipment that were taken care of so well in the first 6 months are now showing degradation and wear at an alarming rate. Unfortunately, I have found myself not going as much, because I walk in and notice people just sitting on machines on their phones. I just turn and walk out. I do believe my time with this VASA has almost come to an end. I would highly suggest getting a week pass and observing yourself before committing to this Location.

I can't say enough good things about this gym and the staff! It is always very clean and staff is always friendly and inviting! I love having Mario as my personal trainer. He knows exactly what I need and how to push me. He also listens to my wants and makes sure to implement those into my programming. I always recommend this gym and Mario to people looking to start or improve their health and fitness journey.

Vasa is the first gym I have felt comfortable in. It is always clean and the employees are always walking around cleaning, emptying trash, and refilling the sanitation wipes. Every time you enter the front desk is there to welcome you. All the employees smile and acknowledge you as you walk in. I was lucky to attend a class with Taylor, her high energy is infectious. She truly makes you want to work harder which is why I chose her as my trainer. Kelsey is also an amazing trainer, she is truly motivating. Even if I’m in a class and she sees me she will come in and encourage me. Evelyn is an amazing fitness instructor. She makes every class enjoyable even when it’s tough through her encouragement and jokes. She remembers every persons name and is sure to say hi to them and encourage them in some way. Vasa is a great gym with a nice atmosphere, classes that make you work, and the best employees.

Wow, this is a big gym! They have just about everything you can think of. Their pricing is an excellent value for what's offered, including Red Zone which is Vasa's version of Orange Theory. They also have a pool, basketball court and the child care is almost ready. They also give you one free hour with a personal trainer which is actually helpful.Liz is one of the managers here. She's very professional and always motivated and smiling. I don't know how she does it. She also seems to know everyone by name (!) She teaches and runs many of the group classes and it's always nice and uplifting to see her because of her positive attitude. If you have goals, she's going to help you achieve them.Overall very nice, competitive new gym.

Overall, a decent gym. I enjoy all the amenities that this gym comes with. I would say this gym is busy most of the time and half the equipment is typically occupied. But that’s besides the point, I am a little upset that I updated my gym membership just so I can have guests privileges (and of course other privileges) and apparently they may have changed it? I’m not sure but it’s a little irritating when you get into a routine bringing guests and then one day you randomly can’t? And then to be told that I needed to pay an extra 15.99 a month to have guest privileges? I had to waste more time to go to a different gym because I didn’t have guest privileges all of a sudden. I find that quite disappointing. I come here damn near every day and see the same staff, you’re telling me good ol home girl couldn’t let me work out with my guest? At least that one time? I respect when policies change but I literally brought a guest and had no issues before then (a few days before this) so I just find all of that odd and definitely not worth paying that much extra for guests privileges.

I frequent many gyms in the valley and the VASA Northern location has sanitation stations fully stocked, the members respectfully clean equipment. The front desk always greets you “welcome to VASA” with a smile. They are always staffed and Liz and Evelyn the managers are professional and courteous. The group fitness classes are amazing! They give you the option to try a variety - overall great vibe! clean place w great pricing! Go check them out!
