Unfortunately I had to change my rating because my car was broken into last year and my purse was stolen. Another lady also got robbed the same day I did and we both happened to be outside at the same time calling the police. I reported this to management, nothing really happened because a few weeks later I kept noticing more broken glass on the ground. This place is a hot spot for the thief. A few months ago I called corporate because I noticed 3 different broken windows around the parking lot and it’s so frustrating to see this person getting away with it. I had to change my rating because people are getting robbed here every week and nothing is being done. It’s very unfortunate and we deserve a safe environment for what we pay for. The LEAST they can do is put up signs reminding us not to leave our personal belongings in the car, but they won’t even do that. The gym itself is great but people get robbed here every week and you will not get your stuff back, that’s what the cop told me.If you’ve been robbed here before please report it to corporate so we can get a security guard out here!

I absolutely loved this place and the classes and the trainers! Everyone so encouraging helpful and happy! I moved so i had stop going very sad about that! Build one near laveen and bring Candace with!

My car was stolen into at this gym today once the police officer came she mentioned it was her third time at this gym with the same issue. This one lady came by and said there’s a robbery every week. Don’t come to this location if you want your window smashed into and thing stolen. The gym is not releasing footage to help me catch the person who did this. Bad management and bad establishment

Great gym; lots of high quality equipment and facilities are well maintained. Wish the showers were a little cleaner, but the rest of the locker room is really nice.

Big shout out to Cain at the front desk usually there on Wednesdays. Always very helpful and friendly guy. All the staff here are great. The customers and workout equipment are great as well. Nothing is ever broken and they have tons of free weights and power map. My favorite vasa amebity will always be the green for weighted lunges and sled pulls. Pricing is decent for the service and amenities. Definitely cleaner than eos or planet

The gym itself is great, my complaint is with the light posts in the parking lot. Only a few are working after sundown, not all turn on which is not good at all. The parking lot is filled with cars and it gets very dark out there, anything can happen. Please work on getting these light posts fixed!

If you want to get kicked out of the gym early and your belongings stolen come here! Management here is horrible, they treat you as if it’s your fault they have to work. We’re all here for a purpose to make each other better. At VASA they genuinely don’t care for human interaction. Cherry on top if you get your stuff stolen out of your car it’s impossible for them to work with the police to release footage!

The Men's locker room is Nasty. Smells like B.O. & there's about a half inch of dust on the lockers. Can't use mostly locker's cuz they've been cut. But the gym is good size and nice equipment. The women staff are really nice. But some of the guy's are stuck up.

Shared pictures of what it looks like at 9:40. They turn off the lights to make you leave 20 minutes before closing. No other Vasa does this.Confronted an employee asking them about the lights are off. Her response “its a warning that we are closing soon”. I asked her if they are not worried about people injuring themselves wjth weights and treadmills while lights were off. She said “ they will be fine”. Total carelessness. Called the assistant manager the next day and he confirmed this is what they do and I told him the story of they care about people injuring themselves. His answer was that everyone signs a liability waiver. This is unacceptable for someone like me who likes to work out late. Waiting for a call back from the GM. We will see what they say. Going to take this up the ladder to corporate. Again no other Vasa does this.4 days later no response from manager…4 days later was promised call from member services… still nothing. Very disappointed with there ability to cater to there members.6 days later got a call from guest services. They assured me that will no longer happen. Havent been in there that late recently.Left multiple messages for Liv or Liz the General manager but no call back from her. I guess she didnt like what her corporate office was telling her to do. They said they will resolve the issue with the lights.Not changing my rating till I get an apology from manager.

The people are super nice and the gym is quite big. They have good machines and each machine has its distance. I love it!
