Workout Anytime Plano East

I’ve been coming here since October and I attend the specialized small work out classes that Norris runs. I love that it’s always CLEAN. Workers work hard to keep it that way. It DOESNT SMELL like most gyms! So far, I’ve met Grace up front and she is always a doll. She remembers most members and makes a point to check in on them and answer questions. I love her enthusiasm for the members! She even joined me in class when I first started (she had to show up early since she can’t do it on work time) because I had told her I had a lot of anxiety going to the gym and especially joining a work out class! She walked me through my class and ensured me it isn’t so bad and I have been smittened by her since!Another person I’ve met and adore is Norris! He coaches the small training classes—-love these! If you are out of shape, scared of going in and making a fool of yourself; I highly recommend this class! They have class as early as 5:30 am! Each class is 30 mins! Very manageable! I have the unlimited classes and I go twice a day, back to back for a total of 1 hour!All members can try out for 2 classes free. Norris is devoted to helping all his clients. He will start you off with a body scan and it will measure all your current body stats/fats/etc and he will give you a personalized analysis. I’ve been going for 2.5 months and I’ve never felt better. I love what Norris has done for me through his coaching and patience with me. His work outs are different everyday, he keeps class size small so he can focus on each person. Everyday I attend, he pushes me harder each time. I am really extremely thankful to him.Price point is also something to consider. They make it affordable for everyone to work out. Health is wealth, stop being broke 😝!It’s free to come in and try. This gym is nice and clean yes. BUT the only problems I have with it is how they have Plano east lacrosse team go work out. You have a bunch of teen age boys who are taking up the whole gym and are standing around AFTER their training. While others are bothered due to the fact that they’re being inconsiderate and taking equipment that others need to use. If you’re going to have a high school team work out make sure it’s not in a really small gym. Also the classes of the gym are also a problem. A gym that small in size is really only good for people who want to go in, work out and enjoy their work out. Not about a class of 5-8 women who are training as a group. This gym is not built for 20 teenage boys and a small group for a class.

Wanted to join this gym but after researching their business history online I am seeing they do not practice good business ethics. Hundreds upon hundreds of people across the nation using various facilities have been lied to, deceived and had hundreds of dollars worth of monthly fees charged to their credit cards after cancelling their memberships. These same people state that they cannot find the right people to talk to about the matter, just voicemail extensions with no return calls received. They can’t get answers, much less refunds for wrongfully charged funds long after membership was closed or cancelled. Why are these people still in business?

This gym is awesome!I've been working out here for the last seven months. Staff is super friendly, they keep the gym spotless. The equipment is top-of-the-line and they have everything there you would need. Endless cardio and free weights.

Brand new facility, open 24/7 with good equipment. In a really good location for me, near Plano East HS. Not many other gyms close by, but never too crowded.I was able to join using a promotion for $1 membership fee, which was cool. $19/month for the basic plan, since I don’t do classes and don’t need tanning or hydro massage, both of which they offer here. I think there is a $40 fee they hit you with after a month or two, but I guess that’s not really out of line with what other gyms do.Staff was nice and helpful, and they give you your space if you aren’t interested in a hard sell. Really enjoy my membership here, thanks!
