Update June 2023: The gym is still great! New group training is fun and really pushes you to do your best! Extra equipment has been added including another squat rack and bench press.Update May 2022: This is the best gym! Still well kept and clean, friendly and helpful staff, amazing workout classes and a good selection of equipment! Always my first recommendation for people looking to get fit!Original: Their gym is kept very clean by both staff and members. They’ve got plenty of equipment for everybody. Their fitness classes are tuned to your needs, well worth it.Overall a solid location with good pricing options, and their friendly service helps to keep me coming back.

Million-dollar gym and it looks the part. The enthusiastic employees keep it clean, and the management bends over backwards to make the guests happy. I've been coming to the gym for 18 months. In that time I've lost around 90 lbs. I really appreciate them coming to the neighborhood.

Great place get the exercise you need

Lots of equipment and cardio machines! But... Too much for this space. Feels "crowded' and not enough room on free weights. Clean!

Pretty nice gym, has everything you need, staff is nice. Overall good place to get a good sweat in.

This place used to be good until Grace was the manager, ever since they hired Carson, this gym went down badly, she lies openly and owner supports her. She promised to freeze our membership during 2nd phase of Covid, but upon return, she completely denied giving the time back that was frozen, rather she acted very unprofessional. We notified this to the owner but he took no action even after promising that he would. We are IT Professional and Doctor and were very polite in explaining what was promised to us, but in return Carson's behavior was extremely unprofessional and rude. We're leaving this Gym for not coming back until they fulfill their promise, look into bad behavior of manager to the customers and fix the issue instead of just blindly supporting the favorite employee.

Love this gym! It’s a small family type atmosphere, but they have all the best state of the art equipment like the big guys. Staff is friendly and very knowledgeable.

This Gym is absolutely amazing, Ethan & Aaron " and the rest of the staff were kind and helpful in explaining membership , this gym is always clean and upkeep is impeccable and has great equipment, tanning bed , massage chairs, great location, I do recommend this gym it is absolutely amazing!!

This place is the real deal. There’s not a better Workout Anytime in the DFW area. Do you want friendly staff to greet you? Do you want a staff that is professional and knows what they are doing? Do you want a facility that is clean? Do you want good lifting and cardio options? Do you want a nice family environment where you can work out without being pushed around? This is your place. This place has become my home for exercising, and I love all aspects of Workout Anytime Plano East. The Exercise classes are fun and challenging and the participants are all excellent to sweat with. By far, this is the best gym that I have been to in Plano and I love this location. I love it so much, that I feel like I am here all the time. :)

Always open, always friendly, always helpful staff. Best gym I have used in over 50 years working out.
