I love that it is smaller than the BIG gyms (ie. 24 Hr Fitness, Lifetime, etc.). The staff knows me by name and greets me with a smile every time I come in. The equipment is all brand new (love the new stationary bike with graphics) and CLEAN! I love the price, too!

Great gym with new equipment at a convenient location. Cares a lot about customer satisfaction. Great workers and staff that put your interests before any of their own interests. Unbeatable prices and a very competitive business. Has to be the best 24 hour gym in Plano.
