Welcome to 24 Hours Fitness Plantation... indicative of the lack of Maintenance at this Gym. Filthy locker rooms, dirty floors in group exercise rooms. Visit and be grossed out. Yuck.

Rude front desk, especially the little girl they have working there who obviously has no idea what she’s doing but wasting the time of customers with her “tryna be the boss” attitude. Dirty gym with weights all over the place, the hospitality is terrible with no announcement of changes made to gym policies and memberships 🤮 I’d rather swallow nails than ever come back to this gym

Really needs a deep clean. Visited this place over 20 years ago when I lived down here and it looks like it has never been cleaned.Bathrooms smell like a public restroom, machines are dirty and not maintained, dirt in all the corners of the walls, floors don't look like they have been cleaned in ages. Really sad.

Went to the gym in Plantation to redeem a gift card for their Chapter 11 restructuring. Was told had to come back during daytime hours when the manager was there since they are the only ones able to redeem the gift card. We cannot get there any daytime hours since we work. This seems to be a scam and it does not appear that 24 Hour Fitness is honoring their Chapter 11 requirements.

save your money, this gym is abandoned, the spa does not work, the machines are old, rusty and 80% are out of order, the manager is useless, he does not solve the problems of the gym, the management of this corporation is lousy , this month I'm out of here.

I use to love coming here when they were on Nobhill Rd, but Now that they've closed down that one and transferred to here it's a total nightmare. The women's locker room is always dirty, with literally balls of hair in all the drains all over the floors. Hair is everywhere! They closed the jacuzzi down with no notices sent out to let us know they are renovating, with even having some type of noticeable green residue from not being cleaned as it should be. Everything is just a complete mess. I pray with these renovations they're working on, changes get implemented. Our health is very important considering it's the very reason we come this establishment, to better our health.

I have been a member for 3 year's. I love the classes but very disappointed in the gym equipment and cleanliness of the entire gym. I don't understand why UPPER Management would let this happen. First air conditioning was a problem, now tvs and music are out of commission. I believe air conditioning is finally fixed after months. Spinning class has always been great, now half the bike's don't work.I really liked this gym when I started but definitely has gone down hill. Will most likely be searching for a new gym.

Just got turned away with my fiance. We set up a 3 day free pass and the front desk representative told us they only do 1 day free and you have to come before 9. What if you work until 9. Left super disappointed and the guy did not care at all.

I’m a member at the plantation location and i enjoy it very much. It’s never so packed that you can’t get a machine, its a very friendly environment and I would recommend this gym to anyone.

Its my 3rd time coming here and everytime i come the woman's bathroom it dirty. The door handle to the sauna is almost falling off. I love the location but there evs person need to step up and clean the bathroom.
