This is a GREAT workout environment. My instructor is reconstructing my body better than I imagined . He stays on me about my eating and drinking habits as well. This is where the transformation for a BETTER YOU begins!

My husband and I have been going to this gym for over 2 years. We always feel welcome and enjoy our time there. Dennis is friendly, helpful and takes great pride in his beautiful gym. All the equipment is in great working order and the facility is impeccably clean.
