Excellent semi-private training catered to each client. Dennis (owner) and Dwayne (trainer) consistently execute on helping their clients reach their goals and genuinely care about their services. They make sure you get your money’s worth and their services set them aside from most regular gyms. No need to look elsewhere! Best gym in Broward! I used to be a trainer there myself (part-time) so I’ve seen the gym operate and how Dennis and Dwayne put in work first hand. I started with the 28 kick start plan and saw results immediately with that. Right after I chose to invest in myself and made the decision to trust the trainers at New Body Architects. Best investment I made. Dwayne positive energy, knowledge and attention to detail allowed me to lose 37 pounds in about 6 months. This gym is amazing. Amazing facility, top equipment and great environment. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to athletes to train at. The owner and other trainers are AMAZING guys who are very passionate about about health and wellness. I definitely am signing up long term after my first month of results
