This gym is awesome! Dennis provides the right nutrition and work out plan so you can obtain the results you want. Trainers are very motivational, show you how to properly perform your exercises and answer any questions you have. Gym is very clean, equipment is in excellent condition and the team is great!

Dennis is an awesome coach! He has a funny personality, but very knowledgeable. When I started he was more motivated than me to get to my goals and that really pushed me to get it together. I’m excited now to workout again and get into this routine. Having a personal trainer makes all the difference and has always helped me stay on track. The investment is worth it.

Love the personalized attention, unlike these big chain gyms.. Dennis and his team are very helpful and care about your progress. Love the accountability and motivation. Recommend to anyone looking to make that change but scared to do so.
