How hard is it to have functioning spray bottles so we can clean the equipment? You could replace everyone you have for under 20 dollars. At a gym that charges $50 a month I swear this is worse than some gyms I’ve been to overseas when I was deployed to combat zones. Whoever manages this place doesn’t care at all and it shows in your employees who barely acknowledge anyone. I don’t mind that too much but for 50 dollars a month I expect some functioning spray bottles and paper towel stocked to wipe down the equipment for the next person. If this continues I’ll be looking for another gym.

This gym smells awful. You would think they would clean it more often after Covid-19 and have it smell nicer since they had plenty of time to clean it while everything was shut down. It’s not your regular, normal gym smell. It’s like musty water. They use to have leak in the ceiling and it appears they still haven’t fixed that. With paying so much each my with several of my family members that they would fix it.I’ll update this if they actually make this place back to the QUALITY it was back in 2011-2014. Since then it has continuously gotten gross and worse.

The gym is great compared to all the other gyms in the area. The low rating is because there is a nasty mold smell in the men's bathroom that has been there for the last couple years . It was closed for 8 months and still hasn't been corrected. It seems like management is too focused on people keeping their masks on and not correcting real issues in the gym. The gym is also missing paper towel dispensers in the bathrooms.

I went for my first workout using a free pass. I was pretty excited to get back in the gym after over a year. I used to belong to 24 hour fitness in LA a long time ago and always liked the facility. However, I was quite surprised by several disappointing things I experienced. First, there were a number of fitness equipment that was not working or needed repair. Second, many of the fitness equipment that I used was dirty and needed cleaning. Third, I did not see one employee except for the front desk attendant during my 2 hours there - no one to answer questions or even help police the area. Fourth, I noticed several people, especially in the free weight area not wearing masks or having them pulled down below their chin. Furthermore, these same people didn't even attempt to clean up after themselves, even with signs posted all over the place. I didn't mind so much in the treadmill area as it was pretty big and not too many people working out. However it was hard to distance yourself 6 feet in the free weight area. Lastly, I just felt that having to pay $55+ dollars a month and have NO one in the gym cleaning, fixing, and policing the rules was totally unacceptable. The people not wearing masks should have been warned and then asked to leave.

Kids club is understaffed. I have to wait regularly for there to be more employees in order to accommodate my kids. Management is aware of the ongoing problem and does nothing to resolve it. There are several people waiting with kids in the lobby most mornings while management stands around. The kids club staff that is there are awesome and take great care of the kids.

Lack of cleanliness in the locker rooms and bathrooms I put in the unhealthy/contagion category. Signed up and it's clear there are policies and pressure from higher up, distant from customers, to up-sell, et cetera in a way that was of no interest to me--I simply wanted to swim laps close to work (used to swim competitively). The advertised rate with a corporate discount of $5 off was about $41 which after the signup fee and extra months was about $113. When I cancelled after a week they didn't refund any of the 2nd month which I didn't agree to except arguably on some surprise terms I never read. They want your fingerprints and phone number to get in every time. The pool itself is visible from the street sidewalk, has 3 typical short-course length lanes for laps, making it about half-width of typical lap pools, and is unsupervised so there can be visitors doing non-lap exercises in the middle of multiple lanes. The steam/sauna rooms are quite crowded--more than the pool and hot tub which isn't particularly crowded in the few evenings I swam laps then briefly used them. The staff were professional in my experience, including when declining various required asks.

Recently decided to get a membership and although I walked in anxious the boys at the front desk made me feel very welcomed after being out of the gym for so long. Special praise to Malik and Sean for being so friendly and answering all my questions!

Not a BAD place at all... But almost totally unsuitable for me.They have the lifting platforms that are almost standard out here, but they only have the plastic/rubber-sheathed bumper plates to put on them. I know from direct experience that I cannot load enough of these plates onto a bar. They are too thick. You will run out of bar before getting heavy enough. So that limits this place to accessory work, maybe a bench day, and the three "S"'s. The Big Days (my favorites) will not work here....But hey, I'm SURE it's a FINE place for 95% of you. Go get some.
