24 Hour Fitness

They open so late I can’t even use my membership! I just moved from Walnut Creek and that facility was actually 24 hours and at this point they need to change their name to late in the day fitness cuz they are not open early enough. I can’t even use what I pay for!

It used be a 24 hour fitness now 24 hour is just in the name. During covid my pre paid 2 year membership just wasted. New manager trying his best to keep this place in one place. I can find machines that fits my workout but I miss old good days. Hopefully it will go back to same standards and open 24 hours

Please just go to San Ramon Location.. management will not help you. An employee there cancelled my year long membership when I just paid 240 for it in July. I never asked for my account to be cancelled!! Ever! The staff re assigned my account to a monthly membership… Im in disbelief how poorly they are handling this. I’ve been going in everyday and every time I’ve been told “manager isn’t in” . I’m a struggling college student and I can’t afford to lose 240 and now pay monthly?! I just read all the comments from 24 hour to disappointed customers and it’s an automated message. Nice! Trying to reach corporate through “contact us” on their website because that’s all there employees referred me. Terrible experience.. give me my money back and re inverse me for these two months. If anyone has any advice please help me.

Awesome customer service. Dariana treats everyone with professionalism. Good job! The place is neat and pleasant. Also the parking lot is huge, never had problem not to find a spot. Clean parking lot as well. Thank you!

The staff members here go above and beyond. I almost fainted today, but coach Shewty (sorry if I misspelled your name!) nursed me back to life, and gave me plenty of advice to avoid this going forward. He was attentive and made sure I was alright. There was another occasion where I lost my phone in my car, and the parking lot was too dark to see, so I asked to borrow a flashlight. A staff member let me borrowed his personal phone so I could look for it in the dark. Another occasion when someone was taking pictures of me without consent, the lady staff members stayed with me and made sure I felt safe and comfortable as the other staff members addressed the issue. As others have said, the gym does get crowded during peak hours, and the locker rooms are not the cleanest (and half of the women bathroom stalls don't work). However, the staff members are awesome, and I am treated as a fellow human being, not just another customer. Thank you!

Nice gym but they close very early and kick everyone out on one occasion even before closing time

Backboard and hoop on main bball court has been completely for broken for like 3 weeks. Court is dusty as it gets.

They make it really hard to cancel, I am on my third attempt for me and my wife who I signed up but then she never went. It just left a bad taste in my mouth because they sign you up in two seconds but drag their feet when you try to cancel.

Visited during the slowest day of the day with the daily pass said they over exceeded with daily pass and manager said " no daily passes unless you are paying for the membership after the workout! What a great gym :)

Larger 24. Women's bathroom not the cleanest. Garbage and recycling inside gym over-full. Good number of lower weight dumbbells. Good overall vibe.
