I join 24 hour fitness in 1992 before the super sport clubs we're brought into existence, I'm out of town working in Pleasanton I go to this club and they tell me I have to pay $39 a month to go here that I'm not grandfathered in because this club was built 6 years ago it's discouraging to go to a club that you thought you joined to have them then change policy on you I paid 2000 plus dollars in 92 to join for unlimited all the clubs and now I can't go to them because they changed pisses you off. anyways there was a nice man working there Adam hats off to him

They no longer provide towels. You still pay full price for the membership. End result, you'll see a lot of folks working out without a towel, and of course no one wiping down the equipment. Pretty gross at this location!

The men's shower and locker room must be maintained better. Bad odor, soap residues, broken soap dispensers, broken shower heads, shower hot/cold valves were installed incorrectly (i.e. direction for hot/cold water is different from one shower faucet to the next). There is a broken shower head with parts laying around in the shower for weeks without being fixed. This place was good and clean when it first opened, but now, it feels like a dump. I am going somewhere else.

About 10-15% of the machines are regularly broken here. They also stopped their towel service claiming they are protecting the environment, while in reality they're just adding to their bottom line (and no, they didn't reduce monthly dues). They never reply to emails either. Don't join this gym, go somewhere else.

The men’s locker room is unkept and uncleanShowers are gross and in poor condition. Broken shower heads and soap dispensers. The equipment is not maintained.I plan to visit other gyms in the area and join one with better hygiene. This gym was a good place with clean facilities 2 years ago but now is not worth using even if it was free

Half of the strength machines are up for maintainence and nothing has been done even after complaining. The steam room is broken, the shower room have a foul smell all the time. I have been coming since past week as the facility at San Ramon is under renovation. Compared to the one at San Ramon this definitely has worse service.

Something or the other is always wrong with the gym, the first time I went swimming and to take a shower there was no hot water, second time there was no soap in the dispenser and the third time there was no towels even though they claim to be providing towels in June 2019. Also the shower area is disgusting with hair all over the shower areas. The pool lanes also always need to be shared and the shower experience means that I never want to swim here again. The general gym is okay but if I only wanted the basic gym I can get it at a much cheaper price elsewhere

This is probably one of the best 24's I've ever been to. I've been a member almost 20 years and have gone to many up and down the west coast and NYC. This gym is very well organized, clean, and has great equipment. The staff are friendly and the locker room and pool area are great. It's exactly what you want in a gym.

I just joined and still learning how to use everything. There is a 3 lane indoor pool. Parking can be difficult to find a spot at times.
