I had an awful experience at 24 Hour Fitness - Pleasanton Willow today, particularly with Ray. I signed up the 3-day try at this site. After I checked in, Ray talked with me for 3 mins about the facilities, then brought me to a computer and started soliciting the monthly membership to me. Per Ray, I have to buy a monthly membership plus the initial fee before I can have the 3-day try, because my driver license shows my old address in another town but not in Pleasanton. Without purchasing the monthly membership, he can't let me have the 3-day try today. I said, that's fine, I will drive home to bring the residency proof document. Right after I stepped out, I remembered the lease agreement in my cellphone. I went back and showed Ray the lease agreement as the proof of my residency in Pleasanton. Ray didn't accept it. I told him lease documents, utility bills are well accepted as the residency proof. Ray insisted that he only accepts the address on the ID. I wanted to talk with Ray's manager. Ray's response was, my manager is not available, and I am the MANAGER. After a long argument, he agreed to give me a 1-day try today, and I still need to bring a ID with an Pleasanton address tomorrow. But apparently, lease agreement, utility bills are not the proof of the residency to Ray.I got so dissappointed and decided not to try at all. Right when I was about to leave, Ray's manager came. After I showed the manager my lease agreement, things were solved.I am very disappointed to Ray. He didn't show any professionalism as a sales person at 24 Hour. All he had been doing was fooling and misleading a potential customer.

Disappointing experience all over again. Eager to upsell their training services, but doesn't follow simple things like cancelling of a service. Told on the face, will take care of the cancellation only to get a collection call after few weeks. Very similar experience back in 2012 from a different location in a different state makes me wonder if this is their business model.

Very clean Gym, with friendly staff onboard. Couple improvement would do that Gym perfect.1. Some people forget why they are coming to the gym, they occupied equipment for 10-15 minutes, not doing much, just chatting with their friends.2. Sometimes Dumbbells not in the correct slots.(you are done exercise with 65s, trying to put them to the correct slot, but somebody already put 25s there)3. Slow swimmers are swimming in the middle pool's lanes, and not willing to share lane with you4. Sauna and steam is for quite relax. But actually some people come with work out clothes and shoes.....and you smell "results" of their work out. Also, some people listen music that loud with headphones, that you can hear each word in their songs.

The cleanest and best well-maintained 24 Hour Fitness gym that I know of. Huge super sport gym with a very wide cardio area, basketball court, racquetball court, swimming pool, jacuzzi, huge locker rooms, clean showers and restrooms. The staff are very nice and customer service is excellent. I wish all 24 Hour Fitness locations are ran like this gym.

This is a relative newer facility, with a subpar management. Their towels are the dirtiest among all 24 facilities, because they don't do much to the abuse of consistent towel use. Some people put the towels to floor and wipe their shoes at the end.Beside the 8 hour day time, there's no manager on site so the front staffs can't solve many issues or often mis-represent their policies. They can't post a note in the front for pool or spa closure.

A Good Gym for daily workout. Some Treadmills are too close to each other. You can't rest hands on the side handles. So also general cleanliness in restrooms needs to be better. Quite a few times restrooms wre untidy. Paper Towels are missing. Mess all over in toilets. Water fountains are not working properly. Quite a few times the paper towels are not available in Treadmill Area.

It's nice and they have towel service and showers. It does get busy and it looks like the parking lot does fill up in the early evening. But the mornings between 7 and 9 are usually pretty good. Bathrooms and showers can get crowded and messy, but that's par for the course with the amount of people going through this gym. They have two sections for weight lifting. One consists of 4 squat racks in a ROGUE fitness type cage, so people do a lot of big lifts such as squats and deadlifts here. Ample room and everyone seems conginscient of what others are doing. The other section has benches, assisted racks,a rack and a cage, free weights, and pulley cages.Overall, the gym amenities are nice, but it gets messy because it is a busy gym, which is OK. I like it at this gym and I think they staff does well with what they have.

I love this gym. I live in Arizona and every time I visit Dublin, which is often, I go here. Lots of good equipment and the place has great energy. Wish there had been a 24Hour Fitness in Phoenix like this one. It rivals the gyms here like La Fitness and Mountainside.

Its a typical 24 hour Fitness kind of gym, so not a luxury spa by any means, but lots of good equipment & fun classes and its clean. I don't like how crowded it can get and I took a star off for the parking being tough. I do like the pool too. I was a swimmer in college and I must have a gym that has a pool to blow off steam. Front desk staff could be more friendly, but they aren't rude either, so its all good.
