I love the new Minnetonka Planet Fitness. On top of a fresh, new club, everyone is so nice from the moment I walk in until the time I leave! I actually look forward to working out again!

this place seems like it's fairly new and all the equipment is new. place is very clean compared to other PF locations. hasn't been busy enough where I couldn't get any equipment use.

Friendly staff and super clean equipment! I'm always greeted by a smile at the front; everyone is positive and welcoming. It makes working out that much easier and comfortable.

This place is a Joke! They charged me twice for annual fees which did not make any since whatsoever. I try calling the Manager at that location and she never got back to me and the day time manager was so rude to me regarding getting a refund. They also charged me the same day I canceled my membership and said I use the club that night so I got charged again for a whole month when the the membership was already canceled. They will get there karma for sure, they steal money from members credit cards when your not paying attention to the fees and monthly dues which is bs cause its not $10 per month its all false representation and I have contacted the MN state attorneys generals office the MN Senate as well because I feel so robbed and cheated out of the money I need. If I were you I would stay away from these crooks. They are so money hungry and don't care if your homeless after taking your food and rent money. Stay away! Go to the Y or La fitness.

I have been going to Planet Fitness in Mtka for about 4 weeks now and I really like it! It's super clean. Employees are pretty friendly. I would recommend this Planet Fitness to anyone.

Ok so i opened an account in Florida and jm disappointed in my experience. Because i opened a black membership where i pay monthly abd then another charge yearly and the staff at yhe florida location couodnt even bother to give me a tour of the place and show me hiw things work around there. They were younger kids working and i had to wait 45 min just to get signed up for my membership. However, the coon rapids location had very helpful staff and fast service. They also provided me with antour if their facility and were very informative and happy to help me when we realized that the florida staff had messed up the spelling on my name abd account so now i dont even get to see my agreement on the membership. Very dissapointed. So they must not have put my email in correct even and incant fix it unless i go back to florida.

Clean, great equipment and if your a black card holder the extras are nice. This PF is uber nice inside. Staff have been helpful and it's very welcoming.

Excellent value and exceptionally warm and friendly staff. No waiting for equipment, no judging, no attitude and very clean all the time. I moved over from LA Fitness and am very happy that I did.

Great atmosphere! Gym is very clean and the staff is welcoming and helpful as well. There was an issue with a machine and the staff worked to resolve the problem with no hesitation. Keep it up!!

I have only been a member of this gym for a week, and the always staffed gym has not only been a great place to workout AND relax, but I've also received spectacular customer service from everyone, especially Anthony!!!!! He did such a great job answering my questions and greeting me and helping me out with anything I needed. Fantastic gym!!!!! 😊
