Friendly staff and no judgement when I am at planet fitness. I am a new member, and everyday I walk in and out I am always greeted and the banter is always friendly. It feels good to be apart of a community that is as inclusive as they are.

I am thinking of joining, and went there as a guest with a family member. Great facilities! They even let me do a free 10 minute hydromassage which they normally would not do for guests. Tons of great equipment and free trainers and classes with membership. Love that they are open 24 hours too. I only wish more of their classes weren't only strength training (as it seemed). It would be great to add zumba, yoga, and butts n' guts types of classes to their schedule too.

Rude employees who are un-wiling to work with customers. Tried cancelling membership while gym was closed due to Covid and was unable to. Then called again the day they charged me, tried to cancel and refund and not even willing to work anything out. Don't recommend this place as they just want your money and don't care about the person. Try lifetime, more expensive but well worth the good customer service and WAY better equipment.

Helpful staff and good price for what you get. They have everything I need for a total body workout and I really like the total body enhancement that they offer.

I really like the wide array of new equipment and the 30 min workout room.I dont like the tanning rooms, a couple are really small without hooks for jackets and no locks on the doors.Also nice I can bring in my 13 year old anytime to work out with me.
