I was charged for a membership when I have not been going to planet fitness they did not even send me an email letting me know that I was going to be charged on this date this is very unprofessional there is a whole pandemic still going on why am I being charged for this when I haven't even been going they do not care about their customers only the money most people still do not have jobs!!

I was charged through the whole pandemic. I called to find out why and the guy that answered the phone didn’t even know how to look up billing information. He told me he would give his manager a note when she got back, she was on vacation. Never received a call from the manager. So I called today. She was conveniently in a meeting. I asked the guy for the number to the company they used for billing, he won’t give it to me. I’ve called back three times. They don’t even answer. I Won’t be going back.

I joined in January 2020, so far loving Planet Fitness! All the equipment is new and excellent condition. The staff take really good care of their gym equipment. I enjoyed the hydro massage and the massage chair after a good workout. Not to mention the gym membership is really affordable! Can’t complain $24 a month for all of that. It doesn’t have the fancy amenities like sauna, stream room or swimming pool but I don’t care for that! I just want a good workout place and Planet Fitness got that.

I love that it says "YOU BELONG" everywhere. Super motivating to see while working out. Very easy to get to / access in Minnetonka. Looking forward to them having group classes one day soon.
