Lashondra Penn & the manager to continue to HARASS the members that use this location.SOMEONE NEEDS TO FIRE THIS STAFF!!UPDATE: Manager of this location was SO spiteful & petty that he called the regional manager to get my acct terminated. THEY REINSTATED MY ACCT after I spoke to corporate and told them to just read all the reviews about this staff. Corporate reached out to me and apologized on HIS behalf.READ THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS ABOUT THE STAFF DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS LOCATIONWorst location of any I have been to. Rude entitled staff, they limit you 2 coins for the massage chairs even tho You PAY for the spa unlimited. The ONLY location that gives you these petty problems. When I expressed my opinion to the roided up manager he bigged up his chest in front of everyone like he was going to do something. The lady at the front is miserable told me, "it is what it is". (I'm still a happy member just not at this trashy location)

Im writing this review to share my experience with the front desk lady, lashonda. You’d think since she works front desk she’d smile and welcome you with open arms, however she always has attitude. While my daughter is away in college i use her membership, so as the rules are they change her photo to mine. When she comes to visit she goes to the gym but my picture is still in her place. We never have an issue with this except when lashonda is working. She has extreme attitude towards my daughter. I started going to the Coral Springs location because they treat people with respect. Whenever i go to this location, i go for Amo, who has to be the best trainer yet so far! As for the rest of the front desk workers, they are amazing. .. the manager is extremely nice and always smiling !!

There is a older female African American staff member at this club that is the most rude staff of any planet fitness I’ve ever been.Several members decided to leave this location do to the constant disrespect of this staff.Other than that the cub is ok.There have been reports made by several members, however there has been no change.Therefore I will be one more ex-member.If planet fitness has a minimal regard for its members it would at least coach or get rid of this staff.I see the “owner” answering some of the negative posts.Could you just take care of the issue instead ?

One of the best Planet Fitness location! Self locking lockers, soap in shower, easy access to paper towels, better than others that have hydrogen peroxide to clean the equipment. Spacious gym.

Great gym! Lots of equipment, classes, Hydromassage tables, massage chairs included. Large, well air-conditioned space. The locker room and toilet area at this location always needs some cleaning though.

Great place to workout. Employees are friendly, very large and I am happy with how quick I can get a machine. This particular location is a regular for me and I very much enjoy the hydro massage. For the price you pay, the value is definitely on point.

I just moved to Deerfield Beach and I'm looking to join a gym. I have been reading the reviews, but before I join I want to hear from corporate. Their are many reviews talking about rude staff. (Lashonda and the Manager). I refuse to deal with rude staff or support a business with my money. I'm asking corporate, has this issue been resolved?

I would highly recommend the black card it's an upgrade in membership I like the Hillsboro gym because they're 24 hours 7 days a week, in the area for the Black Card members where you can get a body massage sitting in a massage chair or a tuning booth is set up for relaxation they have like blue lights and beautiful Spiritual music playing in the background. It's also very nicely decorated to instill Serenity in one's mind.

The gym is alright and the staff is quite nice with the exception of Lashandra Penn. She was EXTREMELY RUDE and raised her voice louder than would be appropriate for a customer service/representative to do so. I personally think she should not be representing this this gym or any other company. Her customer service skills are very poor and ought to do a job that requires no interaction with the public. She doesn't have the manners nor the patience.

I never post negative reviews , but... I've been a member for 2 yrs, went to the front desk to get my entire family memberships (4 more) and the lady (Lashandra) was so rude to me and my wife that I am canceling my membership instead. She had an attitude from the second I walked in . Absolutely unprofessional and with no manors. It's sad because it's so close to our home ... I'll go to LA Fitness, I am sure they WANT my business there.
